Its Pizza Time in Harrow

Pizza was supposed to be medium size but it was mini size, which is a scam. Although this disappointment, pizza was really tasty.

Horrible service ordered medium pizza and got 😫 pizza that had 5 slices which is so small size of your finger . Never order if u do t wanna get scammed

Asked for a medium pizza and was told it's buy one get one free for 7.99 so I was like great! But check out the size of medium. I really wonder what small is. Disappointed with my purchase and will not go again. Although pizza was nice, I feel scammed a bit.

The other night, my bassist and me found ourselves STARVING after an exciting evening of onche-onche onduleying. This is when we found Pizza Time to come to our rescue! They delivered us some really decent pizza, and some excellent potato wedges. The jalapenos exploded. They still tasted like jalapenos. The delivery driver sang us a little halloween song on arrival and I thought he looked very smart. He said he had loads of deliveries but came to our house in priority. After we ate all the pizza, potato wedges and jalapenos, Pizza Time called me to make sure everything was okay with the meal. I still had food in my mouth when I replied but thought, what a delicate attention. Will 100% come back. Thank you pizza time!!

Very dishonest and poor quality food! They have different prices online, in store leaflets, and the shop board lolAll have different pricing so they argue always and charge wrong amount. This is the new management which charge £3.99 for 3 potato skins, and they tasted as is fried more than once.Must avoid at all costs

Honestly the best owner, so humble and kind. Pizza is amazing I would defo recommend

I've been going to this place for almost 15 years since my school days. The pizzas are always on point and taste great every time, toppings are generous. The prices are very reasonable too (£7.99 for an extra large pizza, £5.00 on Monday's) the staff, notably the owner ( who is literally UK's own Sharukh Khan) are very friendly and great to have a conversation with. Highly recommended!

Very tasty pizza for an amazing price. Also, it's halal and sells a large variety of side dishes. Highly recommend this place. £5 extra large pizza on Monday, £7 every other day for collection

I ordered this from Just Eat and I am genuinely horrified by the quality of the food. I ordered a hot dog, chips and drink and ribs. The only thing they had right was the canned drink (not the drink I ordered but acceptable). The hot dog isn't really be classed as a hot dog. More like a cocktail sausage in a roll. The chips came soggy/uncooked and the ribs were mostly fat.

Decent enough Pizza BUT Bad Service - The people that run this place don't seem to have ever been taught the 80 / 20 rule - That 80% of your repeat business will come from 20% of your customers. If you treat customers well they will keep coming back. My father who is in his 70's and starting to lose his memory - used to make a special trip to buy their pizza on a Monday because it's cheaper - by mistake he gets his days mixed up and they insist on the full price. He's been going there for years - Not exactly great customer service on their part for such an elderly customer who makes a special trip to go buy from them.
