Kfc in Harrow

TBH I've avoid going to this KFC for a while as their chicken used to be so salty and they are very slow.I decided to give them another try again tonight with their family feast offer. No improvement over their speed even getting close to 9pm on a Sunday. There were about 5 cars in the queue and I was in the queue for around 25 mins.I ordered cobs for sides and Pepsi Max for drinks and they have neither. They should tell you in the app if they are out of stock.Worst thing is even I forgot they didn't give me the bottle of drink and I had to drive back for it.No the best experience and I will not go back to this specific store again. Apex corner is much faster and accurate with their orders

We just went buy the Drive through and the order was incredibly slow. We were there for nearly half an hour and received no explanation as to why the service was so slow. And then our food was cold too. Also there were only 3 people

Being a Vegetarian, I love their Vegan burger.... When it's fresh that is! Unfortunately this branch usually has a batch of these made and they are cold. When the vegan burger gets cold, it also gets very dry. Please keep them fresh, you are letting down the brand!

Unfortunately it's closest one to my home, but evertime go there the toilets always dirty and rude stuf.

The meal itself was very good and of a certain quality. However the restaurant was messy and untidy with people leaving their trays behind. The bins were full and the staff were cleaning the floor with chemicals whilst people & myself were still eating. The smell was terrible.

All the tables were filthy. There were 5 or 6 deliveroo drivers sat there not taking orders just having a rest I suppose. My partners drink was leaking at the bottom. The only plus side was the burger was ok as the chips were undercooked.

The bread was burnt and when i told the staff he was quite and said ok. Then i said i will put the picture on the website he said ok. He didn't apologise and not even offer me Anything else.

KFC is KFC. Tasty chicken as usual. Zinger popcorn is exceptional. Zinger burger and the fried chicken too. However its the car parking and drive through not at all thought of properly. So be cautious in entering the premises as main road is busy with traffic most of the time. Chicken as usual the tastiest around.

This KFC needs a proper visit from the KFC inspectors . The food is good & tasty but the service & the hygiene need proper work. When ordering food they don’t sell orange Tropicana & dt give you paper napkins !!! That’s obviously a franchisée wanting to make more money. Staff are transactional & lack complete personality. The shop not that busy however tables not cleared & cleaned. The worst happened when I visited the loo & got a chock ( filthy sink, toilets & toilet seat, walls & floors that have not been cleaned for weeks . Worst was the toilet brush . Absolute filth - just see my photos ( this time With Covid I felt I needed to document this negligence ). The question is - How can KFC tolerate such Standards from this store ?

One of the worst KFC in the area, they consistently fail to deliver and it seems they just don't learn even when everybody gives them poor reviews. Pic: Here you can see part of the £8 meal I paid for which sadly came with 1/2 a bag of fries, you can literally count them and the actual bag is empty. Saddest meal, lazy staff.
