Local Express Pizza in Harrow

I just loved their dishes. I always get awesome customer service here. The place is always clean and the cashiers are always helpful. Keep up the good work.

We ordered a pizza from this restaurant for my birthday meal to be delivered at a specific time. The restaurant delivered an hour early so we asked them to bring fresh pizza at the time we had ordered. The company argued the toss, then said they would send the pizza at the correct time and then renaged on that agreement without telling us. Dreadful service and poor handling of a customer complaint, made worse by us being loyal customers for several years. Don't use them.

Food is nice but the customer service is poor. Asked if I can remove the chillies on half of the pizza for my 3 year old daughter but they wanted an additional £2 to REMOVE it. "Customised pizza" not helpful / accommodating at all.

This is not food. It taste like cardboard. I had BBQ pizza where u can taste just sauce in the top. Then burger and chips and chicken wings aren't possible to eat. Don't waste your time money and space in your belly. Worst take away I ever had. Highly not recommended.

Ordered through just eat called after 45mins that they dont have some of the food! Poor service will not using them again !

Place is rubbishStaff are rudeFood is uncooked with no tasteI ordered a chicken kebab and they served undercooked chicken with a lot of fat around it. Asked for a refund and the manager started arguing and didn't get a refund.Very bad serviceI will not recommend this to anyone at all.Very Disappointed...0/5

Ordered chicken burger meal at lunch. Did not taste great at all. Very small portion of chip which tasted of old oil. Will not be going back. No sauce included in the meal.
