Malibu in Harrow

Great food! Taste! Aroma! Texture! Always there consistently! 11 out of 10!! - posted 5 years ago2022 Update: great place, however the food has changed drastically! Not the same as before! Speaking after several visits. Not sure if kitchen staff have changed.

My family used to eat here many years ago, so me and my cousin decided to go back and see how it was. We both vividly remembered the malbu wings being amazing and 10 years later they tasted as good as we remembered.We ended up ordering way too many starters so we weren't able to try the mains, but we're already planning a return journey.Food - 4 out of 5 (would have been 5 but there was a little salt missing in the kebabs) but everything was fresh.Service - 4 out of 5 (only one server when it was quite busy) all members were polite and friendly. We went on a Saturday night and most restaurants in the area try to get rid of you once youve eatten. NOT HERE. We enjoyed a couple more drinks and could relax.Recommendations - malbu wings with sauce on top

New management ... and the guys are simply fantastic!! ... They do as they are asked to prepare the dish. The other day I ordered their signature dish and said I wanted extra gravy and they did it without a question .... I would recommend this joint to anyone who likes spicy club food. 5 stars all the way!!

Quite when we went so service was fast. Food was ok

Under new ownership, but the quality has been maintained. The new chefs occasionally over-salt and over-spice some dishes, so be aware. The menu has been simplified a little, but the service is still warm and friendly, although unhurried. Do not go here if you're in a rush. You need a permit for the car park outside, following years of abuse by non customers. IMHO, this is a very good thing, since we now always get a parking space.

It's a place where men wanting to be boys for a night go for a beer and food. As usual there is good dishes and mediocre dishes. When we went the place was empty and I mean completely empty prior to the world cup starting. Nothing really stands out but the service is better than many but the ambience is missing the furniture is practical ...I am really trying hard to remember for anything that stood out...I would say there is a lack of passion to the whole place therefore 3 stars. It simply does not stand out...

This is the most recent review of this place. Previous reviews are at least 4 months old. Within that period of time lots of things changed. Owner, chef, food, actually everything changed. Service is not up to standard. Very salty food items and when you complain staff argue with customers. Basically this place is going down the hill. Won't be going there again. There are so many good places to have nice Indian dinner in Harrow.
