Amy was extremely kind and patient. That is how customer service should be , she was soft spoken and very professional at the till. Definitely coming back to this branch now. Kayla was so thoughtful when she came to know I was fasting, I'm blown away. Speechless 💯

Poor customer service to the point I had to ask the girl (Chloe) taking my order if she likes working at this mcds. Yes, its a Sunday, but you signed up for this. Customer service is wack

A typical McDonald’s store however my experience was poor. The ordering was great however the collection point is full of food delivery drivers waiting for their orders they monopolise the area. Also they take over the few tables that are available and sit waiting for next delivery.Not a good branch at all if you just want to come in and eat a meal

As my friend and I were patiently waiting for our food we noticed that the employees were all over the place , eating and laughing which is a bit unprofessional. We waited quiet a bit as a I ordered a medium burger meal and m y friend has just fries and a drink. We were starting to get annoyed as there were a lot of staff but the service was still slow. There was a women at the front counting sauces or whatever she was doing her face didn’t seem very friendly but she was smiling when she was talking to her friends. Awful service and experience.

Quick service. Not too crowded. I was there to buy a burger for a patient who was staying in same ward as my family member. I heard he is dying for cheese burger when he was talking to his family over the phone conversation, sadly his family is living abroad, I got the burger for him, the smile and surprise from his face was priceless!!! Best £3 spent for a long long time

I came for breakfast and it was fantastic as usual. But they had the upstairs blocked off and downstairs was very crowded. I had to sit at the big table and listen to other people's conversations. I prefer to sit at a table on my own and enjoy my food quietly. As soon as it turned 11am the staff opened up the upstairs. They should have done this in the morning too

Ordered Mc Flurry ice-cream, and was delivered less than half cup. When we tried to call Harrow branch who delivered, they put off the phone while speaking. Also the coffee badly made and tasted horrible. Horrible customer service. I wish I give Zero Stars!

Very slow during peak times. Filled with students any time between 1.30-5, so expect 20 mins wait time minimum in those hours. Staff are friendly and do their best. Limited cellular data, and WiFi does not work. Upstairs seating is nice tho, generally clean too.

Food was warm, not the quickest but it was busy so not bad. Sauce pumps didn't work but there were still napkins and salt and places to sit so can't complain.

Just walked out with double cheeseburger and a smile on my face; despite being busy the entire serving staff manage to display professionalism and kindness to their customers. Amy at the front desk was particularly patient, took the time to make sure an elderly customer didn't feel rushed as they were searching for their wallet. Really nice to see fast food doesn't mean sloppy service.
