Morrison's Hatch End in Harrow

We've been here a couple of times!! Really should of learnt from our first time but thought we'd try our luck seeing as our normal cafe was closed.After ordering we were then told that it was atleast a 45 minute wait!.. although the cafe was not busy, they were clearly understaffed.We will definitely NOT be returning... lesson learnt!

Went to the cafe a week back and wanted to say that the staff there are so lovely! The lady who served us (Debbie) is so warm and friendly with such a bubbly happy personality 😊Very accomdating and made me and my partner feel very welcomed. We have so much praise for her! The staff are really great and thank you for all for a lovely and genuine experience! Food was delicious too and nice portions 😋 we will definitely be returning and recommend to others.

If you want a cheap and quick lunch this is a good option in the area. They even have avocado and poached egg on toast, all say breakfast or fish and chips.

A shambolic operation. Cafe under half full..yet over a 30 minute wait for food. Cold food served with no utensils ..noone cleaning tables with people waiting over 5 minutes to get someone to come and clean tables.

Polite staff, good in the past, but this time very oily - see photo - the most greasy oily meal I have ever been served in my life.

Very good location of the coffee shop inside the Morrisons market, with a car parking. Wheelchair people are welcome too because they have facilities to come inside and the shop is wide. Breakfast, lunch, coffee, tea and snacks all day. The staff are lovely.

First time in Morrisons Cafe in Hatch End. Had a cooked breakfast which was very good. Disappointed that there were no menus on the walls or on tables. I only knew they did breakfast because saw a customer eating one.Could have been much better
