Nando's Harrow St George in Harrow

Food came out like the staff working there unbothered, to be honest Harrow needs to put some standers in place this is a bad look overall haven’t been here is years and never will go back horrible.The re fired chips that I sent back cause it was old, came back out to me, the only reason I walked out of because I no how stressful working in a restaurant can be, but if you can get chips right only god can help you.

Normally when I order or dine in from here the food is amazing. However recently they're service has been really low. When I ordered from here today they had put chicken in my beanie wrap, bearing in mind I do not eat meat. It wasn't even fully cooked. It was only halfway through when I realized. Don't order from here if you can't eat meat

Really busy branch. Had to wait for a table and staff had to clean a very messy table for us.Did 2 mobile orders. One didn’t go through and had to be redone so one meal was eaten before other arrived. When good did arrive it was warm bad portions were small. Had bottomless drinks and went back a couple of times. People there filling plastic bottles of drink from the dispenser.Looked like more staff needed as everyone rushing around.

Busy Sunday service, had to ask few times for missing items that were ordered but overall the staff were friendly. Food was coming out piping HOT…!! Loved the flavours good overall

Very bad branch of Nando’s I have been to many branches across London and this one the chicken had an odd weird texture and undercooked and the staff were quite rude and unfriendly when I asked why drinks machine wasn’t working (Coke Zero giving out transparent liquid) the manager almost shouted that the Coke Zero isn’t working. How am I supposed to know that? Anyway not coming back to this branch again.

Ordered food for two, one of our meals came and mine didn’t. I asked for a refund and a discount and they refused to give any vouchers for the inconvenience. Horrible customer service, obviously they don't care about their customers. The manager didn’t even have the decency to apologise, he was just being blatantly rude. If you don’t want to work in the service industry, then give up the job to someone who will do it properly.

My son and I haven't had a great experience in here so we wouldn't Comback starting from the service ended with the food and drinks. Not worth it. Overpriced and low quality

Service requires slight improvements, our starters were forgotten about. We only recieved one and had to ask for the remaining 2. Garlic bread was to rock hard on my daughters plate so had to ask for a replacement. Peri peri salt was forgotten on the chips, was provided with some after mentioning it. Food overall was okay.

Quick to get seated and food to come. You can get up to get your own drinks and sauces again.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a Vegan Intimidator meal, got given actual chicken. Asked kindly for my meal to be remade and was served an empty tortilla wrap with a piece of lettuce and non-vegan mayo. The manager Maddy told me she got my order wrong because she’d witnessed a suicide which clearly didn’t make me want to eat my half empty and incorrect meal. Was a huge mess, nobody apologised, nobody refunded me and nobody has responded to my email or calls. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
