Nando's - South Harrow in Harrow

Food can be ok. Sometimes it’s fine, but more often than not it’s either burnt or really dry. However, 1 star for the logistics. They are completely understaffed.DO NOT ORDER TAKEAWAYThis has now happened the third time in a row. When you order on the website or through the app for collection, they never prepare your meal in advance. Every time I specified a collection time, and never they actually had it ready. They only start cooking when you arrive at the restaurant.Deliveroo orders are prioritised. Either eat in or have it delivered. For takeaway, expect a 30min wait.

Excellent food and the staff were extremely helpful in accommodating our large group.

Food was OK. The portions were quite small. I did however really like the variety of sauces.

Placed an order online for a full platter. After 30-minutes, was told they have no more chicken but have a new batch which would be ready in 30 minutes (1-hour total wait). After 1 hour, was told they were mistaken and there was nothing left. I was standing waiting for the food the whole time for nothing.The lady manager was unbothered about this shocking service and made no attempt to make up for my wasted time and processed a refund. Not even an apology or a complimentary meal. Having actually worked at Nandos I know that they have discretion to do so and this instance would have justified that but no, manager did not really care about keeping a loyal customer happy.

The food was really great. Been to a Nandos after a very long time and their quality has improved greatly. Was disappointed however as the manager refused to accept our gift card falsely claiming that it had not been registered online. My brother and myself were using the same type of gift cards and they were both registered online. The manager accepted my brothers gift card and refused my card saying it had not been registered online. Other than the gift card fiasco the experience was great.

Always the best option for halal nandos. Next to a dessert shop that has everything sweet.Only one thing the bottomless frozen yogurt is never working and kids get upset

Food as always was on point, you can't go wrong with Nando's really! Service was exceptional even though there was a lot of orders they were dealing with - they had a great system going. Really enjoyed our meal and added bonus is free parking in front of the restaurant after 6.30pm!

Walked in the Nando’s and asked one of the waitresses if I could got to the toilet as I was desperate to go,she said yes. Then a big white male with glasses wearing a grey uniform and had grey hair went into the woman’s toilet and screamed at us saying that” we should get out of his restaurant because we didn’t ask”. My friend wanted to also fix her hijab so she felt very unsafe,venerable and exposed. We felt very disrespected,this a serious safe guarding issue. We were going to order afterwards but we left after the poor treatment, don’t dine at this establishment unless you want to be treated terribly especially ladies!

Called up for food, they've run out of mayonnaise and we asked for perinaise and they couldn't even give us those for for a £96 order! The manager on the phone farid, was really rude and they couldn't compensate us a few of those for free, he was asking for payment through deliveroo to have it delivered and pay for the delivery, it's just silly for the sake of £3!
