Nando's in Harrow

Renae and her colleagues were literally the KINDEST and MOST hospitable team at ANY Nando’s I’ve ever been to in London… I’ve been eating at Nando’s for YEARS, and never once have I encountered such a polite team! I was meant to feel comfortable during my dining experience— and not rushed like I have at other venues… I HIGHLY recommend popping into this particular location, and I most CERTAINLY will be returning! Thanks guys for a lovely evening! :))

Order came up to £44. Wife is a doctor so we asked for the 20% nhs discount. System only took off £4 when it should have taken off £8.80. When I spoke to the staff, he was rude and dismissive and refused to do anything about. Claimed there was no one to raise it further with too as he was the manager and the supervisor and there was no one else available anywhere that I could speak to.False discounts for nhs staff. Shameful nandos.

Me and my sister ordered the full platter comes with whole chicken and 4 reg side dish. We also ordered bottomless drink for two. I paid just over 29 pounds. It is a very good price for two people dining. Goooo The quality is great. The manager was very friendly, they care about the customers satisfaction. Clean place.

Worse experience ever 😪Was more staff members than customers. The liver I order was very dry,the half chicken was like a kids meal . After order I wait 32minutes for my food. Nandos use to be my favourite place to eat out ,but after this experience I will think twice before choose Nandos

Really disappointed. Called after deliveroo delivered the wrong food on my son’s birthday to find out if they had the redelivery order promised by deliveroo. Whoever answered seemed to want sympathy for how busy they were without any empathy for the fact that as faultless as we were, we were sat waiting for two meals to complete a birthday dinner. In the end he put me on hold and never came back. No etiquette in customer service, really let down the rest of the team there.

Really nice experience fresh juicy chicken but all the soft drinks except fanta taste bitter. I asked one of the staff member to change the syrup but he ignors. Overall good experience.

Amazing service and the usual great food! Accommodated me especially when I asked for a table near to a plug socket and I was given a comfy seat/table upstairs (which was empty) and wasn’t left to my own devices once given 7/12/21

Good customer service. The food came rather quickly. The food was presented neat and it was tasty. I told the staff I wanted extra hot but it usually isnt hot and nah it wasn't extra hot. Mediocre spice level. One of the cleaner, less chaotic nando's ive been too. Me and husband ordered the chicken platter to share and was given extra perinase for free.

Fantastically managed store, lovely staff and management that go the extra mile. It is a branch with two levels and plenty of sitting. The upper level especially by the window is my preferred spot. There's natural light, and are able to admire the African influenced decor/furnishing. As always, great food & atmosphere.It is quieter than its sister store at St George's Shopping centre yards away. If you've limited time, require faster service and/or just want a quieter place to eat in meal on your own this is the branch.
