Noodle Hut Pinner in Harrow

First of all, I don't understand all the ugly comments about this place as I've personally been ordering for more than 5 years now and never been disappointed. The owner Mrs Yvonne is absolutely amazing and people don't really appreciate her for some small episodes. Everyone is allowed to do some mistakes and we all are humans. I honestly love this place and will continue to order with them and mainly spread the word on how delicious the food is. Always on time, always cooked perfectly and the portion so huge. The best food I have ever had - could not recommend enough. We especially liked the egg fried rice, sweet and sour chicken and garlic broccoli!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Food arrived after an hour and a half, 6/8 items were cold, when we called the restaurant we were approached by an antagonistic woman who instead of listening to our concerns decided to take the rude and argumentative route by stating "If you wanted your food hot, you should've cooked it yourself".Do not recommend if you want a warm meal while avoiding a rude confrontation.

Overall good quality & value, nice flavour and taste. The only thing that let it down were the chicken balls. Ordered via just eat so unfortunately didn't get to experience the rude lady. Would order from there again.

The food is usually great. We order for work all the time. The noodles are greasy and perfect as comfort food. The portions are great for the price.

How can I just walk in the shop and the woman is already being rude to someone on the phone while her son is watching. She then hung up the phone and tried that attitude with me which wasn't really nice so I walked out. I knew taking this picture will rattle her little cage so here it is :)

What a service? Best in town. We hardly noticed that one dish was not delivered. But they have called us immediately after the delivery and replaced the dish. Honesty and the number one reliability 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

Absolutely delicious food! Ordered from here too many times to remember and outstanding each time :) when placing larger orders we’ve often received free food such as spring rolls which is a great touch. Food is always hot when it arrives and tastes very fresh. Won’t be ordering from anywhere else again! Not sure why there is bad reviews - maybe one person with multiple accounts!!

Food quality can vary greatly from this restaurant. Delivery is usually fast but some food (often the prawn with Japanese tofu) has a gone-off taste/smell.My favourite and most consistent quality dish from this place is the lamb curry lunch box.

Surprised by those Lot of bad reviews (many of them years old) so I'm writing here to cut these guys some slack!!All serving main dishes are excellent and I order them regularly for Saturday Take Away Lunch at work with colleagues.All of the starters & side dishes we've had here are also excellent.Good Taste! Fast Serving Time, Reasonable Price! Just Loving It.
