Highly recommended, Iam Srilankan and this is one of the best place in London for Sri Lankan and South Asian foods. Excellent service too👍

The dosa is tasty and although more expensive than most other dosas, it was a good size portion. Service was also really good

I am writing this review as I can not let Papaya get away with what they have just done to me as a good paying customer. I have just had a order from them for the first time which I collected myself my order came to around £50. The Main dishes I bought were all very average, the rice dishes I had were not good at all and the naan breads were some of the worst naan breads I have ever had ! They were like they had been made days ago and literally just put into the microwave and gave to me. All in all I will never return to Papaya I paid £50 for an order which was to be quite blunt was awful and I suggest to everyone do not waste your money and go somewhere else with your money as you will feel as I did which is that Papaya have just robbed you of your money.

AVOID!!!! Ordered a mutton Biriyani. Was absolutely dry and the salad was not fresh. It's very obvious the salad was made using vegetables that were cut up and refrigerated. Same goes for the biriyani. The food was ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH the price. From the starters to the mains, nothing was freshly made.

The food was amazing! Would really recommend the squid curry and the mutton kothu rotti, especially with the fresh parathas.

Please do not listen to these half hearted and false reviews stating the food is poor or not good quality. I am a Sri Lankan and have brought my Portuguese wife and her family time and time again and the food and service never fails to disappoint us.My wife and her family have never been a fan of spicy food, however after trying the food here they were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed it thoroughly. The service is always exceptional and very attentive. This restaurant always makes me proud to be a British Sri Lankan and I will ensure I visit this restaurant in the near future.Well done!:)

We got a take away chicken jalfrezi and aubergine curry. Both were were as good as any curry we've tasted. The disappointment came from our sides which were samosas and a mini masala dosa. We paid 4 pounds for 2 mini samosas no bigger than a mouthful each. The lentils in the daal were chewy. Not sure if we would return to the restaurant based on this experience.

This place is fantastic. We were so happy to find an Authentic Sri Lankan restaurant in the area. We had the Dosa, Kuthu Roti, Beef Columbo and a Milk hopper. The dishes tasted great, with lots of flavour and spice. The Beef Columbo was my favourite among the lot. The quantities were great, even the starter, mini-dosa, was a decent portion. The service was quick and staff were very nice. The restaurant looked big enough for a group of up to 12. Would definitely recommend this place.
