Pepe Piri Piri in Harrow

I was the boy that came today and order chicken n rice meal. It was very good even though the counter guy made me write this.

I order two chicken burgers each one for £7 it was a very small chicken slice you can not even see itI felt I’m eating a piece of bread & some chipsI’ll never come again to this placeThe place is dirty I couldn’t find a clean table so I sat near the door.I also need to ask them to give me tissue, salt etc.

An absolute rubbish customer service, I ordered food and paid about £5 then 3 other customers made their orders after myself. They got their food, the kitchen staff decided to serve them first as they paid over £10 and I was put on hold up to 15 minutes. I have noticed this couple of times if they are busy they will serve customers spent more amount and leave under £10 orders till the end.I even had chicken rice takeaway once it had a strange smell, seems like they were made few days ago.Don't even deserve 1 star.

the chicken rice is delicious, But recently !! , prices have gone up and its price has become very exaggerated. I hope it will be improved as soon as possible. Because I'm a customer who comes to ( Pepe’s) almost daily.

This place used to be excellent and was a regular at this place. But in recent times i have noticed some standards are dropping sadly. Chicken still excellent but let down by the insistence to water down the sauces so much that it ruins it. The chips can be a lucky dip if you get fresh or slightly stale ones ( best go when busy). Would happily pay 20p extra to have the non watered down versions of sauces like they used to be, but alas not.

They charge Nando’s prices for sub par food. It’s daylight robbery what they charge for food when using apps to order. I only have a good experience when I order and eat it there and then - as they can’t mess it up when I’m present. Rio’s is better if you’re ordering this style of food through an app. Also, it’s worth noting that at times this store is a chav central, so avoid going here in the late evening or when schools finish

My go to restaurant, Been to this restaurant aftera long time.I must say best staff you guys have hired who greet and talk politely, Your business will escalate for sure. I forgot to ask name but the girl on front today was amazing if I remember correctly was starting with S or something really sorry, my memory is not that great.This is my first time doing google review about restaurant as was not able to control.

I am on a business trip to london and my coworker told me about this restaurant to try once, and hands down the flavour was to the point and the front girl Sanjana treated me so well, would visit again for sure.Customer service by sanjana 5/5For chef 5/5Cleanliness 5/5👍👌

Have been a customer of 8 years and it’s been a five star eatery. Had excellent staff all the time. New Indian girl speaks very rudely and make you feel like she is doing a favour by taking an order. Not happy at all with the service and the language. My order was at 21:00 hours on 27/01/2022. Please don’t keep such people to face customers.

Can't go out during covid so we brought pepes peri peri home. Excellent, food, decently priced!Pros:- Staff are very accomodating - they gave us enough sauces and adhere to requests made.- Food is excellent and very fillingCons:- If collecting, parking csn be difficult to find
