Pizza Express in Harrow

Great staff but the company are Penny pinching by serving up rocket as a salad on its own. Add a few small tomatoes and a bit of cucumber then you can call it a salad. Don't be so mean. It will only cost you a few pence.

We went in at 22.20 today 21 May and were ignored at the door for 5 mins we could see a Asian (Srilankan or Indian man going about cleaning)he saw us but ignored us completely until we walked in to the restaurant and the minute we asked for a table he said we have a lot of work to do and you have to leave the restaurant by 22:50 as the restaurant closes by 23:00 hrs and that we should only order mains and you should do it quicklyI work in hospitality myself and know the dearth of good staff. Honestly my suggestion to these lazy waiters is if you have no passion for hospitality DONT DO IT go find your passion. Hospitality will eventually get back to what it was but your customers will remember how you treated them and I for sure will not be returning

Our server Alex was absolutely amazing. Really went the extra effort to make our meal special, she even took the time to write happy birthday with raspberry sauce and a toothpick because they were out of candles! Really amazing staff and service, highly recommended.

Well I don’t normally write reviews but this was so bad I had no choice.Took 5 minutes to seat us, even though so many staff members saw us standing there, restaurant was not even at its full capacity. I could only imagine if it was.After being seated completely forgot about us, after 35 minutes of waiting a waitress came over to take our order.It also took over 10 minutes for straws to be delivered for our drinks completely ridiculous. And instead of bringing the straws directly to us she decided to stop and take orders from another table.I didn’t think in 2022 service in a restaurant chain as big as this could even get this bad, horrible I can’t even be bothered to put in to words. JUST A MESSIf I could give 0 star I would have. Training needs to be done and how to work as a team, I could only imagine the pizza but we walked out before they even arrived.

Went over the weekend, and was a great visit. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Food was good. Overall experience was very nice

I went to this Pizza Express branch on March 8th. It was my first time trying the known restaurant chain, and it probably will be my last.I ordered a chicken Cesar Salad and one cheese garlic bread. The salad was good and fresh, the sauce quantity is small though. The cheese garlic bread was tasteless with barely cheese on top.The restaurant was understaffed. I waited for 10 mins for my bill to arrive. The team seemed lost, training is much needed for them, or they might need a good Maestro (manager).The atmosphere is nice with a diverse menu. But you don't get for what you pay. Not recommended overall.

We sat down to eat with our newborn who started to cause a little fuss. Kate was superb and friendly and assisted us with the baby, insisting & allowing us to eat our meal undisturbed. It was very heartfelt and appreciated. Yolanda was also extremely friendly and helpful. I would give 10 stars if I could

The lady who served us was very friendly, fun and nice, we came to the restaurant rather late, however, she did a good job, we left good tips too, it was end of mother's day, so the restaurant was a bit untidy, (understandable, however, the cutlery were not clean, v that's hygiene, it's different, that's why one star off, otherwise would be 5 stars) we enjoyed the food. Will be back soon

Nastiest place ever. I’ve only gone to pizza express 3 times in my life and this will defo be the last. Menu is so complicated like it’s a 5 star luxury restaurant in Mayfair. All I’ve heard since I came is “we don’t have that” from a simple ketchup to main I asked for any sauce because I was literally fed up of how dry the food was and guess what I was given? BUTTER! Pizza was absolutely nasty a pizza from my local 2 star pizza shop tastes like heaven compared to this.

Amazing manager and friendly service. The staff at this location where all very helpful in order to help me with my order and try to solve my problem.The manager also was always smiling and doing her best to keep everything smooth and under control.She was a very capable manager and I liked her work ethic very much.
