We had a lunch 13th of July Wednesday. We visited Harrow branch many times but we never saw the warmth and professional hospitality like this time. The General Manager Frank, you are were simply amazing and how you looked after everyone. This showed us a high standard of customer service. This man was kind with everyone. He spent time chatting to my kids too. Please keep this polite and caring attitude, as this restaurant needs it.Thank you for your hospitalitySee you soon

Really happy the Blondie GM has left. Lots of new staff. Really happy with my experience. Frank and his team work hard and give exceptional customer service. Most managers never come out to work but he is the face of this restaurant. Glad I gave it my 5th chance and definitely will come here more often.

Overall, amazing food, amazing customer service, amazing everything! The last time i went to a Prezzo was in Bournemouth and i was obsessed with it, this time round it blew my socks off even more! This restuarant is suitable for you if you are muslim, and look to only eat halal food, as there are halal options. The chef has garunteed to us that no wine or nothing gets mixed, and everything is cooked on seperate pans, and fresh dishes.I went with my partner and we both got a spaghetti and king prawn dish, and a triple chocolate tart.Oh my the spaghetti and king prawns were to die for! Beautiful prawn to pasta ratio, amazing tomato sauce with chilli laid on top to allow the customer to choose whether they want anymore spice to the dish or not, I think it tasted amazing with that little crunch and chilli to it, Pasta was a 10/10 for me!The chocolate tart was a whole other experience, I’m never really a fan of chocolate tarts, i always assume they’ll be rich and chocolatey and way too much to eat. But this one, wow oh wow, the different level of textures, the asthetic, the crunch, the freshness of the rasberry, and the soft texture of the mouse, It was by far one of my favourite dessert experience I have had in a long time, amazing work! The cranberry juice was also really nice, and cold- just to mentionWill defo recommend everyone to come here and try these two dishes, if not the pasta definitely the dessert, brilliant!

Visited Prezzo’s in Harrow last night for meal before going to watch Swan Lake & I have to say the food was amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed it.Portions were a decent size, extremely tasty & piping hot. We also enjoyed 2 for 1 cocktails.Highly recommend & we will definitely be revisiting in the very near future. Staff were very friendly, welcoming & attentive which is just what you want. Thank you to Prezzo for a lovely experience throughout our visit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely lovely experience. The restaurant was suuuper busy but staff were still very welcoming, attentive, proactive and accomodating. And I was also pleasantly surprised with how quickly the food came.I also really liked the vibe of the place, very family-friendlyLiterally my only negative was the balsamic onions which were on the garlic bread and on the pizza. I wasn't expecting them to be sweet so that was a bit of a negative for me.But all in all a very pleasant and enjoyable time.

Hi. I eat very often at this restaurant only 2 nights ago I was very disappointed. I ordered an Aperol Spritz and got tap water with syrup (I leave the picture below to see what it looks like). Ready don't know how to prepare it would be better not to sell it anymore.

By far the best pizza/pasta restaurant in Harrow. Far more choices for pasta. Prezzo has always been my favourite. Good experience, server was attentive, asked if any of us had food allergies. We got to choose our own table as it wasn't busy.Good menu. I do find their drinks on the pricey side. Had the lunchtime penne arrabbiata, light version with salad.Overall good experience

Asked for pasta to be well cooked with more sauce came out hard hardly any sauce and NOT hot! Sent it back n all they did was warm it up slightly and returned it so worse than it was previously. Spoke to the staff and all they did was apologise. The sticky toffee pudding wasn’t warmed through properly either and texture was awful. There was less than half a jug of cream for 2 desserts! To add insult to injury the waitress overcharged on the payment and needs to have some training in calculating the bill correctly when it is split 2 ways when taking payment! Overall it was the worst experience and meal ever! Would I go back Definitely NOT!! Would have been very expensive for a meal that looked and tasted awful had I have not used my tastecard!!

Decent Italian restaurant for some pizzas/pastas. Freshly baked breads are nice. £10-15 for mains and starters around £5-7. And super service always.
