Haven’t got a single bad thing to say about Ruby Ms… From the food to the service to the atmosphere… it’s a perfect restaurant for family & friends. Had a really good evening, and was looked after very well by all the staff especially Heena! Would definitely recommend…

Used to be a regular here when it was under different management. After my last few experiences I will certainly never be returning until management changes again. The food has gone down the drain. The quality is poor and effort even worse. They served me and my family a mixed grill on a standard white plate (as opposed to a traditional sizzling mixed grill). The customer service is appalling. The waiting staff will patrol around your table like security and interrupt every single conversation, to pick up any little dish/glass at the table which has just been finished.Despite having such free time to patrol, they're incredibly inattentive. They do not bring sauces/extra cutlery/drinks as and when you've asked (or often at all).Management is arrogant and unwelcoming and certainly do not have any rapport with returning, loyal customers. They play loud music at the same time as having TV volume turned up so the atmosphere is confused and noisy. Not a good place to go for either the food, customer service or the drinks which are over priced for a local bar/restaurant.Strongly recommend avoiding

Having recently moved to the area, this is by far my most favourite resataurant. Great customer service, always feel very welcomed by staffGreat food. Lots of flavour and large portions. Lamb chops are a must! There are also TV's so you can watch football/cricket matches and have a drink at the bar.

Here's a genuine review:I visited Ruby Ms yesterday with a large group of 16 people. I was very happy with the manager/owner and the catering staff as they were very welcoming, polite and attentive. They even changed around the tables and seating so me and my friends can be closer to each other. The Food was very good. In particular, the Lamb Masala, Bombay Chicken, Chilli Mogo and Mahji Mahji on the bone Chicken Curry were the highlights. We also ordered chicken wings, lamb chops and few other dishes which all had their own unique flavours and taste. The 3 hours went by so quick, we had a lot of fun so I want to say thank you to the team at Ruby Ms for making this a delightful experience.. all my friends were very happy with everything. By the end of the night, because my friends paid the bill I actually forgot to tip!.. but I will be back with my family soon and will recommend to others and I'm sure most of my friends will be back too! Thanks again.

The food the very good and came relatively fast.As soon as we sat down they already told us that we had only 2 hours to eat. When we were eating and took a small break they were already pestering if and asked us if we were done. The staff also very quick to move us on to the next meal and kept pushing different things that we did not want. The staff is very intrusive and we had 7 different waiters ask us things in half an hour about our food which was annoying... Some of the waiters did not know anything about the menu. They did not even place the plates out we had to do it ourselves. If the waiters had any common decency to learn basic manners then the place would have 5 stars.

Attentive staff with a good choice of food. Ordered a variety of dishes which on the whole were average. My jeera chicken which came out a red/orange colour which was a bit odd.Parking in and around Rayner's Lane is difficult and somewhat chaotic. Allow a little extra time as you maybe driving around for 15 20 mins looking for a spot.

OK so look. Ruby's might not be the swankiest local place. The surroundings are a bit canteen style. But that is OK. Because the food is consistently awesome! Chicken wings for starters (fried and grilled) , lamb mushkaki, lamb chops, seekh kebabs, the fish are A+. Paneer is nice. Mogo is OK.Mains dishes are usually really tasty. Best thing about this place is the great food is consistent - they never have a bad day, it always tastes the same and has great flavour - that's why I go back.Big TVs for sports events are there too, so beware of that if you don't like sports fans cheering while you eat.Staff are friendly and accommodating. Always service with a smile and they recognise you if you're a regular customer. You know what you get there and you go back for more. One of my favourite Indian restaurants in the area. I often (not always) come from Northwood to Rayners Lane for the food, without too much of the over luxury fuss nearby.

Had a great time at Ruby M's. The ambience was warm and friendly. The staff were superb (Thank you Heena). The food was fantastic. There were television screens all around so wherever you sat you could watch sport. A wonderful evening. Thank you Ruby Ms team !!
