Sam's Chicken in Harrow

Took more than 2 hours for delivery. Have to literally visit the shop. UnprofessionalStaff. Not apologetic at all.Never again

4 bbq wings were more like 4 dried up bits of mystery meat. I'm not sure how long they had been sitting there. Disappointed.

Love it, Sam's chicken is the best chicken shop, I prefer them than KFC

Best place to have good chicken and burgers of your choice! Far better than KFC.

Re cooked chicken’s can’t say more than that no next time.

My daughter got food poisoning from chicken wings that she ate straight away after few hours she vomited and had dirohea . I am not happy with the food as it was not fresh old food they sell is not good for health otherwise why did my daughter get food poisoning.please don’t buy food from them they are selling poison not food I am going to complain to the food hygiene company about that

The food was okay but for those bankrupting prices it is not worth it. None of the workers wore masks and none of them covered their hair while handling the food. Completely misheard my order, leaving one major part out. Tried to cover their tracks but it was too late when we got home. Customer service is shocking. Only going here in an emergency but for any other time, KFC will suffice.

Quite disappointed wiv my expi here on Uber eats. These peoples are charging £2 more on meals and not giving drinks or the option for peri fries. Nevertheless chicken ere was exquisite not quite the ideal meal without the Stells but it will suffice.

They rip-off customers late at night unfortunately. Bought a burger meal at around 8pm and all was fine. Couple of days later, I bought another burger meal at half past midnight: no coleslaw included and barely got a third of the fries from the previous time. Also, they forgot something from the previous customer's order and made him pay again for it... Avoid.

Terrible food. Photo attached of my chicken steak burger. You may struggle to make out why it’s two tone coloured but I would assume it’s been microwaved?! Inedible on one half. Wings are incredibly small as per my other photo. They don’t make them like they used to. Sam’s chicken what is going on?! I ordered on Uber Eats so not much I could do. It was closing time so branch didn’t answer the phone!
