Sambal Express in Harrow

Cheap and the best foods we can get. Perhaps need an improvement in customer service side apart from one lady who is such a charm.

im very empressed by the staff at Sambal express south harrow branch. especially staff member Jalini and the manager Krishna. They are friendly and helpful. I am also very impressed by the quality and hygeine of the food. A special mention to the condensed milk tea prepared by Jalini which is amazing. The range from spicy to mild is there to cater to everyone. whenever i pass through south harrow i always make sure i pop in. All the best. Thank you

Sambal express is my favourite restaurant. I recommend this restaurant who loves Indian and srilankan cuisine. Taste of the food was outstanding 👌. Staff's are very kind and friendly to the customer. The store also always clean and tidy.

Authentic Sri lankan and South Indian food great taste. Value for money. Excellent customer service. All staff very very helpful. The shop looking so gorgeous. I recommend everyone 👍

I have been a customer of Sambal Express for many years and I keep coming here because firstly their quality of food is very good and secondly their customer service is exceptional! The staff are very friendly and always welcoming. Their prices are also very reasonable and they seem to have a variety of Sri Lankan food. It's a very clean take away place as well.

Yesterday I bought 2 mutton koththu roti. One of them string hoppers one. Served by one of horrible woman who don’t have any customer service experience.For both mutton koththu roti she didn’t give me gravy.I asked for a gravy, she spoke to another old man who was serving next to her. Then she served grave from glass cabinet. When I was about pay she asked me to pay for the bag. I refused the bag. It’s disgrace for the shop to ask to pay 10p for little bag. Such a shame.When I got home, when my pregnant wife eating she tasted a fish curry in the Mutton koththu.Such a shame. She add the same gravy to mine.Both are mutton but gravy was fish.This is a big complain. I have started to raise. Any I will take this further because do not knowing the customer service, food hygiene and allergy contents.Such a shame for South Harrow sambol shop.

Sambal Express has been in the food business in South Harrow for over 12 years & has never let down with the quality of the products. The prices are very reasonable & you will always gets an Excellent, fast service by the friendly staff members.Keep it up guys 👍

I have visited with my friends and it is the best Express Srilankan food centre.The staffs are very helpful and kind.Also the environment is very clean and tidy.I was very happy about the takeaway centre is in our area.
