Sams Pizza And Chicken in Harrow

When you asked for fresh fries!!! You better not!

I ordered at 12.44 and had an estimated delivery of 13.50. I called the restaurant at 13.50 and they said the driver left 10 minutes earlier. I called back at 14.25 and they said wait for 10 more minutes he will be there. I called maybe 50 times after that they did mo answer the phone once so I raised a refund with just eat. Just eat replied they are refusing the order because the delay was due to the storm. I hadn't received my order and it was 15.30. I contacted just eat and the driver turned up at 16.00 I refused the order due to the fact that the food was two hours late why would I pay for cold food and bad service. Never ordering from here again atrocious service.

£9 for a kebab and it fills half the box... Nothing special in terms of quality for them to be charging this much. Very disappointed

Terrible service from this restaurant. Nearly two hours I ordered from Deliveroo and the food has not arrived, but we got a alert from Deliveroo to say it has been delivered, the restaurant is not answering their phones, Extremely bad service will never order from here again.

Pizza wasn't fully cooked. Was edible but could have been cooked more.

The lady at the counter was really rude. They have a meal deal offer outside their shop, but when I asked for it, she said that the deal was incorrect. They also didn't include chips in my meal and the chicken was very cold. Disappointed and won't return.

Even one star is more to rate nowadays.Since the owner ship been changed they cant find a perfect pizza maker, and they cant find delivery drivers, got my order in 1 hour 35 mints, ordered pizza with extra sweet corn and green chill and got a pizza dough cheese on top and by count 12 cubes of chicken.I didnt wanted to leave a bad review but it's not the first time.

Late deliveries and burnt food. If thats what you like then order from here.

Like I always start....: to be honest with you guys, this place was......drumroll.....wait for it.....OK! Nothing much to say. The food was alright but it was quite time consuming. I had to go somewhere urgently and I needed quiche food, my brain cells told me that i should fo to Sam's and i did. I was excited. But i had to wait for a pizza for so long and it did not even taste good. Here i am in the toilet typing g this as I let out the pizza I ate today by Sam's. But the period period fries were good. I mean they always are. But this may be friend I old oli, this does not taste fresh

The personnel behind the counter I find them to be content, friendly in their approach to their customers and their food well cooked. That said, there is no Wi-Fi connectivity for their waiting customers but the entrance into the shop does comply with building regulations for wheelchair users and or disabled persons for access.
