ShakeTastic in Harrow

Well staffed at 10pm. Kids were happy with their shakes and the staff were kind enough to split a shake into two.A mini option on the menu would be the perfect balance.... Like a medium coffee cup size... The right size fir kids and adults being careful!

Milkshakes were perfect, LOVE the curly hair girl she’s super nice, Wish I could’ve got her number lol!

Doesn't taste like before. Where's the guy with the long hair. He's an asset to this store. He's the reason me and many others kept coming back for.

Lovely milkshakes. Tall man with ponytail who served me was pretty unpleasant.

Blonde woman’s got attitude problems.I tried shutting the door as it was freezing. She said no don’t shut it I said oh was it already open she said yes. No manners. And a lot of attitude And started smirking with all her milkshake pals.

Twice I've had milkshakes there and both times been poor. Seems like they use cheap ice cream or something as the shakes are watery on top and then have chunky ice crystals on the bottom. Also, both times I ordered Oreo flavour, and I'm not sure they don't genuine oreos and maybe use a cheap alternative, as the taste is completely different. Not coming back here even though its my local.

I’ve been living in Europe for 6 years now and being from America I have been completely underwhelmed by Europeans attempts at making a good milkshake. Well, I stand corrected. Bravo ShakeTastic!! I’ll be back.

The only reason this got 1 star is because of the actual company and the milkshakes/smoothies. Also really hate going to this store because of the employees, they just look at you in disgust. Even after working a 10 hour shift and having a 2 hour intense football session, I was still able to smile, say hello and even after the horrible service, still said thank you with a smile but nothing from them.No greeting.No interaction WHAT SO EVER.Threw my change on the table.No customer journey at all.Long story short.Needs new staff.Such a shame.

I ordered a candy ice-cream bowl but asked to hold the sprinkles and candy (so basically vanilla ice cream with bubblegum sauce).I received a ice-cream bowl with candy, some bubblegum sauce and loads of strawberry sauce after waiting ages for delivery.Clearly the staff struggle to go along with the ingredients advertised as part of ShakeTastics products.I would give it a miss to avoid disappointment.Its a candy ice cream bowl not make it up as you go along

One of the best shakes I have ever had. Slightly on the pricey side however its worth it. They can pretty much make any shake, and they have a huge selection of ingredients to choose from.They have a great menu showing the popular shakes from all around the world.
