Starbucks in Harrow

The staff look like they have no idea of what to do most of the time, it took them 20 minutes to prepare a single espresso for me only to manage to get my order incorrectly. They are often overstaffed with a couple of them working and the rest doing nothing but look at them. Also, I am not sure the ladies should work with such a short mini skirt.

I am very disappointed with this place. Third time I am trying to order and it is always cancelled at the end. No call for saying what was not available. No explanation at all. I have never been to Starbucks, I just wanted to try it for the first time. I guess I'll never know how it is. The only thing I don't understand is if something is not available why it is available on the delivery apps.

As every Starbucks in london i am happy with customer service. Just once had situation in Golders Green that someone before me order coffie with soya milk i ordered with almond and lady do me with same milk as person in front off.

I just have a quick question because I don't know who to turn to. I have been coming to the store at this location semi-regularly to get my weekly dose of frappuccinos :) My favourite one is just a plain caramel one without coffee as I can't have caffeine. But every single time that I've been there (around 5pm as I work nearby) I have been told that either the frappuccino area is already closed or they don't have ice or they do not have frap roast (whatever that is) because I do not drink coffee. I have tried to politely ask the manager if that is a normal thing for them because if it is I would just come a little earlier instead but every time I asked for them they were "too busy" to come out to speak with me which really upset me. So I don't know if the store has access to those reviews but if they do I would like to receive an answer before I contact Starbucks HR. If I had any other Starbucks Store nearby I would definitely go there but that is the most convenient for me to go to.

I love this Starbucks. The staff are friendly and the manager.lead at the store (Taylor) is so nice. They listen to you, look after your order and deliver everything on time. The coffees are good and yes, if there is any problem they sort it out quickly. This is a brilliant place, great set up, friendly staff and very good coffee.And of the negative reviews listed here - I have no idea what they smoke and write!

If I could give zero stars I wouldn't hesitate. I only gave one because it's a requirement to give a review. So now let's get to the centre of the problem. I really liked going there a while ago. The staff was nice and the store was clean and well maintained. The problems started a few months ago. I found expired food several times in the front fridge. The issue had been raised with the manager at the time but guess what... it was never fixed. The store is filthy... the floor is sticky and the toilet genuinely looks like it has nit been cleaned in a good month. Also... back when I used to work as a younger person I would NEVER.... EVER see a manager dressed in a mini skirt. I am not saying it to be mean but there are lines that should just not be crossed.

Lovely and friendly staff here, received great customer service from beginning to end. The manager was lovely, attentive to all the employees making sure they were all happy. Cafe was kept clean. Good coffee too!

VEGANS STAY AWAY! We ordered a matcha Green tea latte with Oat milk today. The woman who made our drinks had no consideration for our intolerances. She made our drinks in the blender that said DAIRY instead of using the non dairy jug. I then questioned this and she said it was clean. NO it wasn't, there was milk in there from the drink she had previously made. Despite running the jug under water. That water hose that they use isn't cleaning the jug properly!!. To add insult to injury, she then made one of the drinks with full fat cows milk. Her attitude was appalling!! When we told her our concerns she then served us our drinks by dropping them on the table with no eye contact or direct communication. The customer service is TERRIBLE and the negligence received in regards to dietary requirements was outrageous. Please educate your staff.

Nice big room and staff seem friendly enough, however, as with all these profiteering chains, they don't train them and don't quality appraise them. Accordingly, and again as usual, staff don't understand the difference between a latte and a cappuccino, so I've just paid for a large latte and received a small coffee with four inches of froth. It's a case of "you had one job" - you're serving coffee but can't get the basics right? I won't be going back.

Can't believe their holiday specials have been unavailable for weeks now. I had to go to a farther branch just to get the toffee nut special that I always look forward to every year. This branch isn't as welcoming as the other branches too. They wouldn't even call out after they heat up your order. They would just leave it on the counter & it's up to you to guess if it's yours. "Can't be bothered" faces. You're lucky if at least the one working the cashier would give you a smile while taking your order. Just 2 or 3 of the staff I remember have been quite friendly. This branch is just expensive coffee and zero starbucks experience.
