Disgusting. Waited longer than I should have considering there wasn't a queue. Worker eventually came of his mobile phone to serve me. Salad was fit for the bin. Had to ask him to replace the lettuce and tomatoes. Cookies.... couldn't see the chunky cookies so asked if they had any, he said yes at the back which he could get for me. I ordered 3. Now I wished I hadn't bothered. When I got home I realised all three were burnt, in looks smell and taste. I had to throw them away. A waste of my money. Absolutely appalling.

I probably get subway a couple of times a year, my wife loves this place a lot more than me and the sandwiches have to be dropping in sauce. There never seems to be a problem when asking to put more salad in it. I do think they could do with a change up and provide more variety of meats or vegetarian alternatives.

Tiny kiosk. Busy and service left a lot to be desired. Food dumped on a tray and next customer served. Rather than feeling like a customer we felt like an inconvenience.

This fast food restaurant is within St Ann's Shopping Centre on the first floor.Service is fast and is just the standard stuff as at any other Subway in the country: sandwiches, with a range of different fillings in a 6-inch or 12-inch baguette. There are a couple of vegetarian options. There is a lot of seating available. Busy around lunchtime. One big problem I have experienced at this place is the quality of coffee. On some days it's good, at other times it's like just hot water with a bit of coffee in it. So if you just want coffee, go elsewhere. There are many other restaurants within St Ann's and at the adjacent St George's Shopping Centre.
