The Hong Kong in Harrow

Went downhill unfortunately. Expensive and low quality. The Chill in Chiu Chow style was only fill one third of a small size container, the aubergine was over cooked. Our family got food poisoning after eating those.Very disappointed and not recommend to order from this restaurant.

Food was good. Service below expectations. Why do they take separate orders,yet bring two orders as one. Hence i waited for my order a long time. Would try again as it was a little late

Best Chinese I’ve had in a long time! Food was amazing, hot and fresh. the drinks were great also, (not watered down). service was well. This will be my new favourite Chinese spot.

Very rare to find a good Chinese takeaway, prompt delivery, exceptional quality food. Due to Covid & bad weather this was a great find for a last minute birthday celebration Ona Tuesday night. Will be ordering again in the near future.

Excellent char siu buns, delicious sichuan style lamb and the egg fried rice is fantastic. Fast and attentive service, came to about £29 for lunch for just me. Came here for lunch on a weekday after walking past the restaurant every day for 15 years I’m glad I popped in.

Very nice food and atmosphere. I'm a wheelchair user and found it easy to navigate into the building via the provided ramp. Only downside, for reasons better known to themselves, presumably the local council have blocked off access to the access road that used to run outside the front of the restaurant and other establishments in that row.

I went here so many times and I love the food but yesterday it was completely disappointing. We waited for more than an hour to get the main course and it was a wrong one we didn't order. But we accepted it because we were starving and we paid for it. And we were still waiting for the second meal until we had to go and takeaway the Mandarin beef.When I arrived home, I realized the portion is only half than the normal that I used to order. Very disappointed.

We visited for a birthday celebration on Saturday having seen positive review. We ordered drinks and then the set menu for £32 a head. After 40 minutes, we had not even received a starter so I mentioned it to a waiter who just mumbled he needed to check something and didn't come back. After near an hour I spoke to the manager and told him that we were fed up of waiting and was thinking of cancelling. To my shock he said if we would wait another 10 minutes he would get the order started.We were very annoyed and disappointed that they would wreck our celebrations. What was happening was that they were too busy prioritising deliveroo customers and had no concept of treating visiting customers with due respect.Though he was polite the manager said he was unable to set the priority for the chef which was incredible to us. Strongly recommend you try a different restaurant if you don't want your evening ruined.

Excellent, especially for lunch. The food always tastes fresh. We love the hot sour and sour soup, all items on the dim sum menu and their egg fried rice is simply too delicious not to eat even on its own

Daylight robberyOrdered food via Deliveroo, today.The Chicken with Chill in Chiu Chow style was only fill one third of a small size container, which it contained about 9 piece of chicken slices in a penny size and thickness and this cost £11.80. What a daylight robbery, absolutely disappointed with the food I received.
