Been here a few time and the food is always fast and hot. Incredible value for money. Service is always excellent.

5 of us popped in for a meal today at 5pm, chargrills not available and they ran out of salad. Burger on a bun with two small pieces of lettuce. Absolute disgrace. Wont be visiting there again.

A very nice place to visit. Easy to get to and offering just what I needed. The food was great with unlimited coffee for a fixed price. A fast friendly service and a clean well run establishment. Well done Wetherspoons. Happy to go back anytime. I hope so soon.

Nice venue. Typical Wetherspoons layout. Friendly staff and quick service. Menu (food and drinks) is comprehensive and very reasonably priced.

This pub is usually nice and you can have a good time in there. The landlady seems nice, however I think it would be better if lone men were discouraged from congregating at seperate tables near the entrance as it makes the place seem more intimidating and run down. Reserve the tables or something!

Really had a splendid time on my works do. Food was great and the staff were excellent. A special mention to Niamh who took care of us despite the Pub being really busy.

The manger Josie was very rude and didnāt want to serve me and my uncle at all just because two ladies were behind us and she assumed we was altogether getting drinks at the bar and we wasnāt drunk at all neither was the ladies behindBut she refused to serve me and my uncleAnd her language showed a side that was unprofessionalI felt so annoyed by how she treated us and made us feel in the pubShe told my uncle he must be quiet and he suffers from mental health so he tends to laugh etc . Because heās trying to be happy itās unacceptable behaviour regarding to mental health because we have never been to this pub before and I love to bring my uncle out and about to see good places but unfortunately this pub didnāt accept all different kinds of people seems in there eyes they accept normal peopleBy the actions that were shownI explained to her and she was just rude and tried to apologise but I didnāt accept it as it wasnāt very apologetic at all she was smirking . When I told her your not sorry your just pleasing your self.Iām sorry to you guys who have been going there for years etc but itās a pub not a library if we have disability or because weāre a different colour tone or we have mental health issues etc. we should be accepted all together .Pub should be a happy pub with laughter and happiness as we have had lock down and havenāt been out in ages.

I lived in Hatch End for a few years and used to visit The Moon & Sixpence regularly and have been very happy. Decided to pop in for dinner yesterday for the first time since the Covid restrictions were lifted, and what a rollercoaster ride it was.We sat outside and the table we chose had to be cleaned as there was food from the previous customers, which I asked for 5 times (yes, I know). The first dish and food arrived before this happened. I asked (again) for the table to be cleaned - which the manager in charge surely did after shouting āknees off the tableā from across the yard. We then had to ask for the food to be brought back as they returned it to the kitchen whilst cleaning the table for some reason - it really seemed like a special request, and a huge logistical operation getting a table cleaned and ready for the next customer. Food was stone cold.Second dish arrives āSignature sirloin steakā which I ordered as medium-rare - thatās the one in the picture. For some context, this was on a Monday, at 6:30PM and it wasnāt busy at all.In a nutshell: Rude staff, Slow service, Unorganised, Poor food.
