The Pinner Arms in Harrow

Thank you so much to the amazing staff for making my visit unforgettable! The food was incredibly tasty and quick! The staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces! Being able to watch the sports, chat and laugh with my friends and play a game of pool, all in one place was great! To top it off the prices were so reasonable! If you are in the area, I highly recommend drinking and dining here!

Me and my family would rate our experience in this place as a very disappointing one... When we ordered the food, we were told that the waiting time is 45-50 minutes and it can go up to an hour... We ended up eating after 1.5 hours...Pour customer services... I asked ( after 1 hour and 10 minutes) a lady when our food is going to come and she said is going to check... And then I had to chade her for the outcome as she never came back...We ordered 3 "roast turkey" as the beef was already finished by the time we've got there (14.35) and the dishes came without Yorkshire pudding... When we claimed it, a lady (I think it was the manager) told us that we shoud have been told that there is no Yorkshire pudding coming with the plates... We asked the for some bread and it came fresh from the fridge...The food was good and tasty but not worth waiting 1.5 hours for it.

This is a great pub! The manager Stacey is super,shes always happy and very attentive to your needs. I've been in alot of pubs in my life and Stacey is definitely 1 of those hidden gems every great business needs. Oh yeah and the food is nice as well lol

I have to say if you want to see the manners hospitality and wants to treat like you deserve then must visit this place. The bar staff is very polite with great sense of humour

Waited ages for food, no cutlery or napkins given, no dips were served with the food either, staff got "humpy when asked for items" only ended up with dips, no napkins or cutlery was ever given. Not been here since 2020, only come here for the Quiz once in a while next time we will eat first!

A lovely pub very near Pinner Village Gardens (a large open space). Lovely staff, good food (adult and child menus).What more to say?

Excellent!. They offer a great lunchtime meal for us Seniors - 2 Courses - £4.49. Nice staff as well.

Seen some bad reviews of this place but we had no problems. Had a group of about 5 people, no delay to the food. Came out in a timely manner and everyone was happy. A family run pub, heard a lot of "mum can you do this" behind the bar. Would say well priced. Could park, also watch sports there, had a hunoungus screen, along with one of the biggest burgers I've had in my life. Nice people, recommended.
