Ordered two kebab rolls, a chicken curry, butter naan and 2 drinks for 24Β£. Not bad between 2 people.Very filling, very very tasty and i shall be returning.I hope card payment is allowed next time inshallah

Shocking that they have raised prices for charcoal/grill to nearly Β£10 a box and smaller portions.

This place is honestly out of this world. My partner and I live locally and go there whenever we feel like real, home cooked food that is reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. The seating, if you eat in, is really simple and easy. You go there, eat and leave. I could not recommend this place enough for a visit!

I always believe that my mother is the best cook like most of us do? But when I feel like having home cooked food I look no further it’s at my door step. The food is prepped fresh with the delicious home spices the prices are so reasonable as well. Highly recommend this restaurant the food the staff the friendly atmosphere.Kiran Virdee

I ordered a chicken tikka masala and boiled rice. It was the worst tikka masala I have ate, took 2 bites and threw the rest in the bin. Tasted like yogurt and a little chilli, no flavour whatsoever. My boyfriend raved so much about this place, I am sorry to say that this was the first and last time I will order from here. Utter waste of money and time.

This is the second time we've been there. The first time was pretty good, hence the return visit. This time was disappointing. There was only one staff at the restaurant. The chef, the waiter...Same person. With other orders coming in, she just could not pay attention to our food. Ordered 5 dishes. Didn't finish any. Took it home for the dog. It a shame. That was our final visit to this establishment. Shame. I think people should try to make customers rather than sales.

I'd heard a lot of positive things about this place a few months ago. I went this afternoon and no customers. A lady was serving and I ordered a Chana kebab - naan and Chana with salad and chips. Rubbish!! She gave me a sloppy naan and Chana and left over salad from yesterday - in fact she was digging at the bottom of the big bowl!! I regret going there. Seemed like she wasn't interested in serving me - just taking my cash!! Won't go there again!! πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž

Really expensive and small portion sizes, the drinks are double price aswell. The owner is very rude and he is so big looks like he eats all the food himself!

Been a customer of the original Charcoal Kebab since childhood. Why Mr Poppat transferred under Warsi management continues to shock me! Like Russian roulette. Sometimes salad consists of ONE piece of cucumber ONE piece of tomato & TWO bits of onion and cabbage. The portion size (not including salad) has also dropped. The service is also atrocious, you get the distinct impression that they genuinely don't care, shoulder shrugs and sulking faces. The original CK was known throughout London (and further) for tasty food and HUGE portions it ran successfully for several decades, there would consistently be over hour long queues just to get in. This place has had long enough to get it's act together. After 30 years of custom & repeated second chances under Warsi sad to say, time to say bye for good!
