Very bad experience in this morning... I just bought a cappuccino and had to throw it away because the milk tastes weird. I will never enter this store again. unfortunately I have a baby that I am still breastfeeding and it is almost 40 degrees outside.

I'd like to recommend Wenzel's to everyone. Their cakes are really top notch.

I think this was the worst customer service i ever had, i work in wenzels for some time and i just wanted to eat something because i know its good, but the lady serving me and my friend were so rude and were speaking with us like we were nothing, i asked her politely to give me a sausage roll twice because I thought she didn’t hear it and she just started shouting, me and my friend was speaking nicely to them and they just started shouting because we told them that they are rude and its not nice because we work there as well. Their names were Angel and Gina, very very rude even though they knew we work for the same company as them

Very rude customer service, I didn't know the name of the doughnut, and I asked for the normal one, and the lady was like they are all normal?? I know, but the plain one is usually called the normal one innit, made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable and also annoyed, the food is good ,the lady is so bad, white haired lady.

Ordered food on multiple occasions and every single time I have issues with missing items or wrong items.Honestly never use this company again Gail's or Gregg's for me!

Manager was rude and dismissal of staff. She would get annoyed with the only member of staff at the till for not serving customers and cleaning and tidying although she literally was constantly working and couldn't do everything at once whilst the manager would sit and laugh in the back. Horrible service would not return, food was a bit awful too, might just be the spite

Manager is rude! I don't know how she trains the employees for customer service if she is that bad in it. My experience was so shaming , I'll never go back again. I would advise a customer service training for her...

Food is awasome, but customer service is poor. I was on the queue. The staff offered the tissue to last customer but until me not even asking. That's fine. But when I ask for tissue. She just put the tissue on the other side and service another customerat the same time. That's very rude. And put me in a very awkward position. Because the customer was trying to get the cash out to pay. I don't wanna see people privacy. That's absolutely bad service.
