Western Fried Chicken in Harrow

Very small portion of fries and grilled chicken wasn’t cooked properly

There chicken taste equalling to kf c tasty and quality wise. Especially the chicken wings. My kids love them.

I loved the chicken shawarma, it is very tasty, the staff is very friendly. I came here with my friends and we had a great time.

If there was a negative rating I'd have put that. I ordered Shawarma ls from there got home and nobody could eat it... The meat was of really bad quality. Had to go back to get my money... I should've read the reviews before I had gone there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Very good food amazing and food is so fresh

Good food really like it ...and my kids loves the place ...defo going there again and again 🍔🍟🤩👍

Went in for a Chicken Fillet meal. The chicken was cold/warm, did not taste nice. Had to throw it away. Chips were hot, but nothing special. They should not sell any chicken if its been in the servery hot plate for more than 20/30 minutes. Not the cleanest of places. Also, staff have generally been rude in the past, serving people who came in after me.

No sense of hygiene, gives you incorrect change, get's your order wrong. When I explained you got it wrong and gave my feedback I got the answer 'bye mate'. - Would highly recommend not to go here!

Food hygiene very low, found a hair in my food and had food poisoning the next day... personally I would avoid at all costs. When asking for a refund multiple times because of hair in food was told they can’t do nothing about it because the manager isn’t working!!! Ridiculous!

Its abit hit and miss for me with this place. The wings are very nice but ive been here a few times and i hate to say but one time i nit into one and the inside just looked very undercooked and it tasted off. I think the general atmosphere doesnt help at all. I like the wings but i always feel paranoid like i need to double check everthings okay because the conditions for work just look too cramped n small.
