It's a cafe and very much as expected for cafe food!I'm rating a 5 because service is great and it's clean and welcoming. The portion size for approx £9/£10 is large and I took away half my meal for later in the day.The food is tasty. They provide a fresh salad. All around a better lunch than sandwiches from the co-op!

My first visit here as Ali who ran the Romford Cafe (at Romford Station) has moved here. He is just finding his feet here and I know he will soon have things up and running as he did with the Romford Cafe. Only a short bus ride from the station and I will continue to support such a hardworking, kind and lovely man who puts his customers at the top of his list when it comes to looking after his customers. Please pop in and support his continued success.

The best cafe I’ve visited, food was exceptional and the prices are very cheap compared to the large portions and amazing food quality

Always good food in here. Breakfast and lunch. Not obvious from the outside, but there's a courtyard garden through the back. It's covered with a perspex roof, so it's usable many months of the year.

Abigail's Cafe, 68 Dagenham Road, Romford, Essex, RM7 0DA, 23rd September 2019.Now I know that this review is almost six months since I visited, but felt that because of the poor public Relations Skills of the Lady that served (do not know if it was Abigail herself whom I had the misfortune of being served by). This personality Bypass Woman was surly and and looked as if the only way a smile could be put on her face was for it to be put there surgically. The food was nice, but purely because of the actions of the Femal Slob behind the Counter I will not be returning there Did feel sorry for the Male Chef as he at least put the repulsive Woman to shame by thankinh me for my custon as I was leaving. It stated that Free Wifi was available, but asking MIss Laugh-Minute about this only got me a grunt which I believed to be her version of yes.

The meal was really good, I really enjoyed the Stake and Kidney Pudding. I was pleased that when I requested extra gravy I received nicely thinker gravy.Staff were polite. Worth visiting for a varied menu.

Awful. The woman at the counter was curt and abrupt, although I said I did not want chips with my order she still charged for them, then she went to the kitchen and started swearing and cursing at someone at the top of her voice. Could have been an off day but I will definitely not be going back.
