Bought chocolates for my mother at the Romford store. A really nice young lady helped me. Very impressed. Nice store and friendly helpful staff.

Friendly staff. Nice selection of products. Well placed in shopping centre. Usually not that busy.

Ice cream cone is a real must from the store. I just wish they would consider a Cafe on site xxxxx

Very nice place. Located inside the Liberty shopping Mall. Ample car park near-by at the Brewery (always available) or on Romford Market (when able to access). Be mindful these are Paid car park.Various bus to the area otherwise and Romford train station 5 min walk away (overground, tfl rail and greater anglia).Good selection of good quality chocolates.A bit pricey for some but as far as I am concerned, it is really worth it.Put it this way: you will make a lucky person very happy (partner, children, family and friends and even colleagues)!!! Or you will enjoy the indulgment yourself 😃

i ordered online for the person i admire who lives and works in london and i am very happy that hotel chocolat did not fail me! i mean, he loved it a lot and what’s important is that i am informed of every update regarding the delivery. for someone who is miles away from london (im from the Philippines :) ) i am beyond worried over my delivery. anyway, thank you hotel chocolat!for those considering giving their loved ones a surprise and are miles away from london, hotel chocolat will guarantee your delivery to your loved ones!highly recommended! :)

I went in looking for a birthday gift and was not sure what to expect. The sales advisor approached me and not only helped with the selection but gave great customer service, building conversation and trying to see if there was anything else I would have wanted. She went on to suggest different bundles and offers which might accompany the present - and in some ways it was what I had needed being new to the store and struggling to find a suitable present. A really good experience and ever since it has been my go to place for chocolates and gifts!
