Blue Bengal in Havering

We have ordered for a little while, however recently stopped providing and dips, /onions with poppadoms. I know it's small think, however when you spend 60.00 you would expect. I would strongly advise looking else where as you will get more for your money. However if you like nothing with your poppadoms this is the place for you.

As a food lover I would like to say, their foods are simply awesome. Definitely the chefs are well experienced and consistently they are keeping their cooking quality all the time. Chicken bhuna, chicken tikka masalla, chk Tk biriani are my favourite. Every time I get the same brilliant taste. See you next week again.

The keema naan was cold and keema was tough, roti was raw in the middle and we had to continue to cook it at home, the Madras sauce had spilt in the bag as the lid wasn't properly fused shut and the chicken in the chicken tikka Madras was dry... Very oily, first time ordering from here and definitely will not order again. Shame as there is not many halal options around here and this was one of them...

This place is fantastic. No idea why people are whinging about the food being too oily or bland when this clearly isn't true. They're also really, really friendly. I highly recommend the garlic tikka masala. Forget the haters 👌

27-11-20Ordered tonight for the 1st time from here as it’s cold and a Friday night in Lockdown...and the reviews were good.. Arrived approx 30mins, nice and polite driver and the contents were piping hot ... we do live near ... We thoroughly enjoyed the meal and have enough for lunch tomorrow!Would order again from here 🙌🏻

This place surprised me with the quality of food it was very authentic and the food was delivered as agreed both me and my wife loved the food and we a normally very critical however the food was above expectations.Also please ignore all these negative reviews as I strongly believe this place serves quality favour-some food.

One of my favourites around here. Not had a bad dish. Great size, flavour and delivery speed.I am fussy and have tried 15 curry houses around here. Dansak, Balti and Korma frequently ordered.

09/2019 - Peng food. The curries banged differently lol02/2020 - Ordered again. The food was nice again. Honestly, I’m really enjoying the dhansak, patia and vegetable biryani. Keep it up 👍

Been ordering from Blue Bengal for 2 years now and the quality of food has always been consistently good. Never had any problems and it’s always delivered on time.

Polite service on the phone and from the delivery man, but the food is woefully bland and oily!All food came in foil containers. Biryani has chewy, dry meat and no kick at all in terms of pepper and flavour and its included curry tastes strangely sweet and is swimming in oil.The side veg dish was adequate and quite creamy tasting, but full of oil. Salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and peas) was good, with the biggest portion around but could've done without the raw onions and lemon slices.Also given two poppadoms (not a fan of them in general) and two small plastic pots, one of which was raw onion salad.Overall, if their food was as good as their service, they'd be the best Indian takeaway around.
