Atmosphere nice some staff were nice, but thats it , my starter was extra salty, I sent it back. The main dish I had piece of the prawn (mixed grill) it was so chewy and disgusting, the spices added to the grill was awful, I wanted to send my mains back too, we arrived at 19:30 and after asking three times we got our mains after waiting until 20:35, they apologised and gave us two pinacolada’s on the house, the food was very bad under average Indian food. Two stars are only for atmosphere and drinks thats it! Its 3:21 am in the morning and I have upset tummy while writing this review. By the way the mint chutney sauce was off and tasted like it was fizzy 😖. Funny fact is that they charge so much for their food too!! Very disappointed as it was our anniversary.

This was the best Indian food I have ever eaten, it was amazing, Rohan and the team was amazing, so polite, welcoming and nothing was any trouble, I will 100% make the hundred odd mile journey again just to go there again

Loved the food and the ambience. Perfect place if you are looking for a decent family restaurant with authentic tastes of India.Would rate it more than Dishoom, if asked.Staff is super polite and humble. Peaceful dinner everyone's favourite after long day of exploring the London attractions.

Delicious food - and thanks to the staff who were able to accommodate our group of 13 into one table area at relatively short notice. Although service was somewhat slow in coming - the taste was absolutely amazing!! Thank you!!

Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. The waitress had been to India and was expert on the various teas available. Good excellent and good size portions. A very nice evening.

Food was OK. Service was delayed & the ambience looks good. But not worth the money. A bit expensive for normal dining & was not authentic enough.

We are truly fortunate to have the Bombay Palace on our doorstep. We have been dining here for 30 years both in the restaurant and take out. The food is always excellent and the staff are friendly and professional. Worth making a trip for. Find the app a little tricky but sure that practice will help! All the food is delicious and spicy but the Punjabi samosas deserve a special mention.

I had get together with 4 families in Bombay Palace. The food taste was below average. Curry portion sizes were small. Breads were hard. There was nothing special about the restaurant that I visit there again.Avoid it.

When to this place to celebrate a friends birthday. When we first got to the place it was not too busy. We ordered our starters and it came within a reasonable time and were amazing. As the night progressed and it started becoming busy the staff seemed overwhelmed with the number of guests. It took a long time to get someone's attention to order our mains. Then it took even longer to receive it. We weren't impressed with the mains. The food that we ordered was over spiced and left an unpleasant after taste in the mouth.I had to walk up to one of the waiters and ask for them to come over so that we could order our drinks. The place is expensive but I really wouldn't have minded the price if the quality of the food was consistent throughout the evening.Definitely will not go back.

Let's put it this way, the food was SO good we had to personally thank the chef! These guys know their stuff and they know authentic Indian. The staff are also very hospitable and welcoming, happily advising us on what to order. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend Bombay Palace!
