Brasserie at Maylands Golf Club in Havering

It's a nice private club. Good view from the veranda looking out over the course. Nice coffee.

Lovely course very friendly staff and members, really enjoyable round, only downside we were behind a society day and it was a 4hr 45 min round, which I am sure will not be the same next time.

Simple course and quite pleasant with some tricky dog legs however the course is in a mess and was too waterlogged to really enjoy it. Picturesque views with deer on the course is nice. Members seemed pleasant too.

We had a great Xmas doo here, staff were excellent, venue good and food was excellent too. Can not say one bad thing

Great day out Lovely course

Decent course with some interesting holes. Not particularly long but there are a few tight fairways and doglegs that make it interesting. Plus if you're a fan of wildlife, herds of deer can be seen running across the fairways. The greens are not in great condition and seem to have fallen fowl to the local wildlife. I would definitely play it again given the chance.

Disappointing course condition and poor three course meal afterwards spoiled this society golf day, enhanced by problem parking before the start.

We held our Wedding at Maylands and had the most amazing day! The venue and grounds are beautiful. The staff there are all so helpful and polite. Nothing was too much for our wedding planner Katie, we had a supplier go bust 2 weeks before the wedding and she helped sort it all out within a day of finding out! All our guests had a brilliant time, and we would highly recommend Maylands if you were looking to hold a function there.

Friendly members and well maintained course. Wildlife adds to the relaxed vibe.

We had our wedding right in the heat of the pandemic and had fears that the day would not be what we wanted it to be. Things just kept getting more difficult, restrictions increased and worries were growing. However, Katie and her team at Maylands absolutely blew us away with much support and regular assurance. They took care of everything from start to finish. We ended up having a wedding reception for 15, as well as a Zoom broadcast for a portion of the day and it was absolutely perfect. The decorations done by Katie exceeded our vision, the food was great and Katie coordinated the whole day flawlessly. Many thanks to Maylands for making our day extra special!
