Burger King in Havering

I kid you not I spent almost £10 on this Angus steakhouse meal. Overpriced Nonsense

I like Burger King but this one is well below usual standards, The young girl was rude and uninterested when I complained the fries where stone cold she just shrugged her shoulders. How the hell she passed the interview is a mystery !

Great tasting food very polite staff and very efficient services only draw back the place wasn't clean to the standard I expect from a restaurant such as this.

The customer service is appalling! Rizwan the assistant manager started to shout & argue with me for no reason. He apologised shortly after however I didn't accept it. You cannot abuse customers because you feel like it. I won't be coming back to this particular branch.

Burger was bland compared to McDonald's, Fries were hard aswell. Ordered a Fanta with my meal, was then told they are out of Fanta. Had to settle for a Lemon Sprite. Still Happy Days.

Every time I try to go there, they're already closing. I'm going there up to 20 min before their closing time (hard to make it earlier for any 'normal' working person when the restaurant is closing at 6 pm) and they're already turning people away. Clearly these kids just want to go home before their time. In my shops, closing at 6 pm would mean you turn people away at 6.01 pm, not at 5.30 so you can go home at 6. Poorly managed! Don't both showing up if you're hungry at 5.30 pm.

There was NOTHING in my take away whopper. This is the 2nd time getting a sandwich with literally NOTHING in it apart from meat. Not even sauce. I paid £17 and went home to find an empty sandwich. what can I say? Manager should probably be a wee bit more careful about what is going on in that kitchen. Disappointing really.

Where do I start. As we walked in the place was a hot mess, rubbish and leftover food everywhere on and under nearly every table. As for the food, hmm everyone's pallet is different I guess.The one star is for the fact they changed my burger as requested and the nice young man finally got round to cleaning once asked.How the manager allowed the place to get in this state even when it was near enough empty is mind boggling 👀 .

I wish I could find something nice to say about this store, but even a single compliment eludes me, when standards decline below even basic acceptable levels. The staff are complacent and lack the most basic of hygiene standards. All tables were unclean, most of the menu was unavailable. Of all the flavours in the drinks dispenser were empty bar just two. Only small coffee cups available. You don't even get what you pay for.

Its a bit messy inside, there was a bit of a wait, service wasnt best, its ok. Stakehouse burger bottom bun was a bit soggy, other than that is ok. Room to improve definitely.Im not sure if being ok would make me go back.
