Cafe Bueno in Havering

Really polite and friendly staff.The menu can at first sight seem too much. But it's broken down into sections, so you don't feel overwhelmed.Portions are good value, and food is very good.Would recommend when you want something that's not fast food or one of the typical chains 👍

Came her first time yesterday and second time today. Fantastic service, plenty of choice to very up your meals and great staff. Quick and friendly service and fairly priced. Definitely worth visiting every time

Food was overly expensive, got bacon and chips £6 and tiny. Only got 2 rashers and very small kids chips for £2.45My wife's omelette was nice but plate was dirtyMy chips were raw and told the waiter who did tell the chef. The bacon was average allSee pictures for more infoReturn and all was fixed

Only been here twice but I have to say its probably the best breakfast I've had in romford, not the cheapest place to eat but when you see the portion size you will understand why! The staff ate also very friendly and welcoming

Not too bad. The music played was very loud so talking to others on the table was hard. I ordered a burger and chips with a side of chicken nuggets. The burger was nice, the bun was a bit burnt though. Overall I would rate this cafe as average for the food quality. The price was not too bad for the food and drinks ordered

Today we had as a waitress Rosie. She was nice and smiling all time. She was so professional what i did not see for a while at Romford coffee shops. She did ask "Are you ready to order?" sounds so basic but at most places they are not asking it. She took our order and when i ordered a set 1 menu with cappuccino she nicely informed if i choose flat white in this case it is included in the set. Even she could explain the difference between them. So unique, none of the other place had this experience. When the order was done she nicely read it back and asked "anything else?" Nice! She makes sure that the costumer did not forget anything and giving the possibility to make more business. Basic but unfortunately still unique.The place is clean, easy to find a place to sit, food quality is average.(please stop to pre-butter the bread, not everyone like it with butter), music too loud, owner or Manager I do not know who was exactly but should start smiling and be a little bit more costumer focused. I counted 13 cameras in this little coffee shop... Is it a bank or what?Overall still 5* compared with other coffee shops at Romford.

I've been going to the cafes in the mall for a few years and they are basic compared to this place. I have just recently found out about Cafe Bueno and went there. The nicest staff. I had a breakfast, the plates are a great size, I wasn't expecting high quality but this was. I will be coming back here a lot. I also ordered a 'pot of tea for one', and I got about 3 - 4 cups of tea out of one pot. I enjoyed the visit. Thank you!
