Caffe Nero in Havering

It's a good sized coffee shop with plenty of seating inside as well as some seats outdoors. They cater for dogs so you'll normally see them sitting quietly with their owners. Everyone is super friendly here and I normally strike up conversations with different people on my visits including the baristas.

Nice coffee and staff are good. However the toilets are disgusting and lacking attention.

Its pretty decent I would say, better than other places I ve been to recently. Always promt service, glad I swtiched to you, as at my old place I would waste 10-15 just to get served.

Nice coffee and a good atmosphere

A stop off for a friend and I after our Sunday walk. The hot chocolate was lovely, very creamy, piping hot too and the caramel waffle, just delicious. The place was busy, all age groups, prams and dogs too. We sat outside, a little noisy but the sun was out.

Have ordered from them numerous times and every time I try them again they seem to get worse. There is no reason to order from this place as the Costa across the road will always out perform it. Disappointing.

Coffee was nice, but not very hot, Luke warm in fact, asked for second lot to be hotter, luke warm again😟😟😟Staff were miserable, won't be coming back

Nice hot chocolate and muffin and a cosy atmosphere. Only criticism is the toilet door needs a better lock, it doesn’t seem secure

Open and airy, spacious footprint with outdoor seating but with a dated interior in need of upgrading.Usual adequately acceptable and reliable formula that’s unlikely to displease. Staff functional, efficient and understand English.
