Not worth your time or money! My husband ordered Pizza which was soggy on the bottom. I order spaghetti carbonara it was cheap spaghetti swimming in cream. It was absolutely tasteless. Worst pasta I have ever eaten, I could only manage 3 spoonfuls. When they took my plate away instead of asking what was wrong, they asked it I wanted to take it away... Absolutely not was my response ... They still didn't care to ask if everything was okay, this tells me they don't care about the quality of food they actually let people eat. A good restaurant always checks on their customers, especially italian resturants. The worst thing about the resturant is that one chef and one waiter were eating pizza in front of the pizza oven while preparing people's food!!! They than proceeded to work without washing their hands!!!!!. To be honest we shouldn't have been good customers and paid for everything as we had to leave and go and eat elsewhere. Save your money and avoid.

My partner and I went there for lunch. We were greeted with a smile and offered a lovely seat by the windows on today's sunny day. We chose a pepperoni and tropicale pizza. Within the first five minutes of the pizza arrival, we have been asked if the food was all okay. The price was well balanced to the quality of the pizza.Overall a good experience 😌 good food. Although I wish I could get a virigin mojito.

Having not dined here for a few years, where my past experiences have been pleasant with good food and excellent service. On this recent visit, I was sadly overly disappointed. The restaurant has a modern and comforting appearance with a warm and charming atmosphere. We was greeted with a smile, shown to our table and quickly took our drinks order. The menu didn't seem all that impressive to me for an Italian style restaurant, as I would of liked to have seen a better range of seafood dishes such as mussels, octopus and possibly oysters. The food is very bland, not very well prepared being either over/under cooked, presentation poor as nothing looked appetizing. It appears that no love and passion was put in and that really shows. The staff are very friendly and helpful and for that reason we gave a generous tip. However, at no point, during the course of our meal did any of the staff ask how was our meal and offered drink refill. If we was asked, I certainly would of given my personal feedback.I really hoped for much more as I did from my past experiences. Sadly we left very dissatisfied.

My partner and I went for a last minute Valentine’s Day meal at lunch time today, didn’t need to book. The reviews seemed good, so thought we’d try. We had garlic bread for starters, really nice, like a pizza meal in itself. We ordered Bella pizza each, really nice. We could only eat half each and had to take home the rest!! Too much to eat!!We would definitely come back, but have pizza to share instead and have side salad. Nice decor, good service, should stick to the traditional Italian music all the time and not so much light rock.

I went to this restaurant on Wednesday evening after a day up in London. I have never been there before, despite the restaurant having been there for years. We had a lovely evening, there was a nice atmosphere with friendly staff and the food was amazing!! Not sure why I haven't been there before but I will definitely be backk!

Me and my partner had a takeaway and was pleasantly surprised with the generous portions. Food tasted lovely as well. Will definitely be ordering again.

We used to come to this restaurant alot but haven't been in a few years. It did not disappoint. It's still just as lovely and the food is brilliant. I had the salmon pasta and my husband had the calzone. We both cleared our plates. The tables and chairs could do with replacing but that wouldn't stop us from going back. Great service and amazing food, a wonderful atmosphere too. Looking forward to going back

I cannot praise Ciao Bella more highly!!The food is ABSOLUTELY divine (seriously, the Parmigiana pizza is the best pizza I've ever had). Such a lovely amount of choice of starters, mains and desert as well as a delicious festive menu. The staff are great and there's a lovely atmosphere. We generally come here for a family meal and it's always really special.

Been here before and they never disappoint. Had the lunch menu for £6.90 for two courses. Extremely large portions too. Okay the wine and beer is normal restaurant price but you expect that. The service is incredible and our waitress Alina was outstanding. Great independent restaurant will return very soon£
