Cinnamon Spice - Hornchurch in Havering

Arrived at the restaurant at 18.00 expecting to have a quick meal so we could collect our children but did not receive our main mean until 1.5 hours later. The waiters were dealing with a table of around 20 diners and did not seem to cater for the other paying customers in the restaurant at the time. Will not be returning.

My daughter booked a table for New Year’s Eve for 10 of we’ve not been to this restaurant for some time and I noticed as soon as I walked in how it had changed firstly it’s bring your own drink which wasn’t made clear when booking secondly there was two other party’s in when we arrived one was large one small, we waited approximately an hour and half to actually place the order food was not good rice was served in what looked like a begging bowl really small! Waiters were miserable didn’t seem to know what they were doing hardly any meat in the curry all sauce and once we’d actually finished it seemed like they just wanted us out of the restaurant when we asked to take the food home we were given foil containers to do ourselves!worst place we’ve ever been to won’t be returning

This is the worst I don ive ever been to. Arrived at 6.30pm, didn’t even offer a drink til 7.15pm. Food arrived at 8.25pm .... we threatened to leave as it took so long, THEN they had the cheek to say we only ordered 15 mins ago.... the food came warm and sloppy. The chicken was rubbery . The sauces were filth . I think the rice was uncle bens. Never again.AVOID

Don't go there unless you have time on your hands. 1 and half hours a after entering finnaly got our meal,when we complained the answer was well we've had a lot of takeaway orders tonight. They are absolutely clueless on how to run a restaurant.

Me and a group of friends got in the restaurant at 10:45, we sat down and had a rude employee rushing us to order and explaining ‘he wanted to go home’ and ‘he’s worked a long day’. The entire process was rushed and this short moody man ruined our meal.

I've been going here for years. Always good service, and excellent value. The buffet option is excellent and always leaves us full to capacity. We enjoy the lager and after meal coffees too. On some days there is live music whilst you eat (Elvis impersonators for example). I prefer quieter nights though where I can concentrate on eating!

Best food ever and the service is excellent. How they do the buffet nights for the price and amount of food you get Is unbelievable. I've been going there for years and will continue to for many more.

30 minutes to get our drink order taken, nearly an hour to take the food order and 1hr 20min for the food to turn up. One dish was burnt, more spice had been added in a failed attempt to cover up the burnt taste. I walked out.

Fantastic takeaway, I've tried lots of others and most of them disappoint, but Cinnamon Spice always deliver. Fantastic lamb dhansak, wonderful chicken tikka, great sag paneer, Bombay Aloo, food is always hot and, for a takeaway, great quality

I hate it second time my family as eaten here first time was in 3 years ago got very sick thought I try it after 5 years see if changed but nope now me n my partner and child is very ill, sick for 3 days still not 100% plus had no taste in food just don't order take away from them. There food place need be view by Heath safety as not first time I been told they made people kill in a month.
