Creams in Havering

Came into creams today with my kids and was met with silence. My daughter picked her flavour and asked nicely excuse me to the lady who was on her phone ignoring us. She told us to wait. When I asked questions it was met with dirty looks and a non-caring attitude. I won’t be returning as I felt really uncomfortable. Shame because the desserts you offer are lovely.

This cafe was good. I and my family try ice cream and a coffee. The variety of different flavors. The interior was colorful and different on each wall. The staff was looking neat and had enough to not wait for more than 1-2 minutes for your order. In the future, we will come back to try a different gelato again.

I'm really happy with the great service and very warm welcome and the amazing food very clean too from the lovely staff Navraj, Zubair, Naveed and Ethasham I'm sorry if I have spelt anyone's name wrong keep up the good work.

Tasty waffles and their presentation is good. Staff are a bit moody and there was a girl who was crying after her argument with her colleague. Mango sundae is my favorite.

went in. The member of staff, totally uninterested, no greeting no hello no goodbye, so dissaponting in terms of customer service. It was if she was just doing her chores. When I asked her if there was anything wrong, she said no and just turned her back on the customer. 18/5/22 at approx 18:45 at romford city centre market branch. I will not go to another branch ever again

Absolutely brilliant place to meet friends for a good catch up. Really good service and very friendly and helpful staff. Wasn't rushed. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Nice chilled music in the background. Will definitely return. Oh, the deserts were out of this world. So tasty. Yummy.

Today I went to creams and it was absolutely amazing.The food was great just like the creamscaferomford tiktok was representing the food to be.All the stuff were very nice and the girl really happy to entertain my kids.It was a good time at creams Romford,l will be looking forward to going there again.👍✅💕💕💕💥💥

Really nice food with really poor customer service from the guy taking the orders. The girls working there were lovely and friendly let down by a rude guy serving at the front. He couldn’t even construct a proper sentence together.

Ok so where to start. The quality of the ice cream in my opinion varies from flavour to flavour. For instance the coconut is on point. Pistachio is also very good. The chocolate and mint choc chop however taste very cheap and do not have much flavour. I would give 4 stars but the £7.45 slither of cheese cake sealed the 3 stars for me. I can understand needing to make profit but the portion is ridiculously small and although the cheese cake is amazing, it’s just too much money for literally the tiniest slice. Also I would say the crepes and multiple deserts on offer look fantastic but too sickly for me personally. That’s more my issue though as would appeal to most. Overall I’d say work on lowering prices and focus on improving quality of ice creams.

Really bad customer service. Chinese guy that took order was uninterested and inputted wrong information 3 times. Then after waiting for 23 minutes I asked where my cookie dough was and they had put in a takeaway box and left it sitting on the side. Service needs to improve as at least 3 members of staff seem to be letting them down. Actual cookie dough was nice.
