Domino's Pizza in Havering

If I could give negative stars I would!! I am absolutely disgusted with gidea park dominos branch!! My order was 1 hour and 30 minutes late!! I usually use chadwell heath branch and never have this problem. Anyway when I rang the shop the man told me oh it’s out for delivery so I told him well on the tracker it still says Still in shop, which he then turns round and says oh don’t listen to that tracker, Your delivery will be 10 minutes… sooooo another “30 minutes” later it finally turns up and driver says “er er er I’m here can you come down” so I say no you need to bring it upstairs. He then says oh we’re not allowed, I told him we pay for delivery for it to be brought to our door and you want me to come down! I told him that I was disabled and then he says oh ok I’ll do it for you then this time! Long storey but the guy goes to the wrong part of my building and takes so long that I end up sendingSomeone downstairs. So then I had not only a late delivery but a cold pizza too! Never again will i be using gidea park branch.

2 hour wait for order to arrive ... rang up 4 times to be kept getting told 10mins ,10mins etc .. very poor customer service!! Arrived 2hours and 45mins late to very rude and aggressive delivery driver who wouldn't walk up 1 flight of stairs!! ... shambles.. never order from here again!!!

Went to collect pizza, very friendly staff. No need to mention about Good Pizza

Ordered a pizza at 9pm …nearly 2 hours later and I’m still waiting

Very poor. Delivered one correct and one incorrect pizza. Had to ring up and get them to deliver correct one. No apology. Pizzas themselves OK but nothing special. Won't bother again.

Don't waste your money. Late delivery after an hour of waiting I received a cold pizza. They don't even apologise. Dominos is the most rubbish and definitely I won't order again from them. Extremely disappointed after this experience.

Sent burnt nachos… not only this is dangerous to health but also appalling service.Avoid.

Placed an order asked for a veggi volcano with extra gherkins.Arrived and was missing anything that would actually make it a “volcano” there was 6 bits of gherkins.I called up and the phone was answered then hung up. I called back and was told another one would be 30 mins I said I’m not prepared to wait another 30 mins. Was then told would be 15-20 mins I said to come and collect pizza and refund me for the pizza then being told would take 5-10 days for a refund.What an absolute joke what’s the point of a “quality check” if they can’t get the basics right?

Placed an order at around 20:20, pizza took 40 mins to arrive. Noticed immediately that there was stuff missing from our order, so phoned up Domino's and explained, they said they would send a replacement. Waited 45 mins and nothing. Called again and finally by 22:15 they got us a replacement, but by the time it arrived it was barely warm.
