Greggs in Havering

Amy was very rude. Spoke to a lady terribly when she didn’t realise she was next in the queue. I don’t know the lady but it upset me to see her spoken to so badly.

I go there every weekend regularly. And they never have enough bakes. They always say to wait 10 mins. I wait. When they take the massive tray out, there is only 2 bake cooked. I don’t know what they’re doing there, but if you’re not baking, you’re not working. Plus, it’s just a waste when you turn the oven on just for two bakes. Someone needs to take a look at this because I cannot find anyone to complain.

A great place to buy sausage rolls for my Ģrandson as well as the donuts he likes. Friendly efficient service

I am basing this review on the Greggs in Romford.Due to its location facing Romford market the shop is always busy.The food is the usual Greggs standard and after trying the vegan range I will occasionally have a non meat sausage roll.The shop is small with limited seating to the right of the entrance. Often you will see customers queing outside the shop, which on my last visit put me off as nobody wants to que for ages only to miss the last steak bake.

The staff are really pleasent and helpful and always trying to manage the busy rush and meet their customer expectations. Personally I believe they are doing an amazing job, and with a smile on their face even on the most difficult days. Thank you all and you have my vote.

Purchased 6 Sausage Rolls and a Mexican filled Baguette. But I never ate them all at once. Honest. 🐷

Really nice crew working there. One asked me if I would like to wait a few minutes for a hot fresh pie for the oven. Really nice thought.

The quality of service is very bad, always a long wait in the morning and only one member of staff .. Some staff have no manners whilst others have limited manners and think they are the CEO of Greggs with un washed teeth un clean skin.. these people are serving food. It's nasty!!Only one nice member od staff there an older black lady..
