Came here with my family and had such a great experience. The menu is amazingly well written, the food is prepared and presented beautifully and most importantly - it tastes great. Portions are perfect and allow room for full 3 courses too! The soufflé is amazing both as a starter and as a main. The best part of the whole meal was the lovely Leah (hope I spelt that right). The service was attentive and lovely and I would come back just for Leah. Thank you for being the cherry on the cake of a great evening.

A nice and quiet enjoyable evening. Wednesday has a special currently where you buy 2 steaks and get a bottle of wine free but neither of us fancied that. Went for the sticky beef with coconut rice which was nice. The pistachio souffle was very burnt at the bottom and I wasn't a fan. Service was great though. Will be back again, hopefully to enjoy outdoors.

First time at the Jobbers Rest . Went there for our 32nd wedding anniversary meal. There were 4 adults and our small dog. All of us were greeted and looked after by friendly and helpful staff. Our dog was made a fuss of which was great. Food and drink to a high standard , well served. Atmosphere was excellent as were facilities thank you and see you again.

Went today with my partner and his kids. Lee was amazing. Very attentive and friendly without being over baring. Helped us to get the little ones to eat all their dinners (massive help thank you). Food was great and was really pleased over all. Well done!! See you again soon!!

Amazing food! The whole experience from start to finish was great. The waitress was so friendly and kindly explained the less known meals. The food can’t get better and it’s great value for money. There were 5 of us for Sunday lunch we all had something different, with 5 empty plates at the end.The place was spotlessly clean , light and airy. For those of you with 4 legged members of the family they are welcomed too.We will be got back.

Another fab night at The Jobbers Rest, I've never had a bad experience or meal here. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, fantastic food (highly recommend the sticky beef and coconut rice!) and all reasonably priced. No doubt we'll be back again very soon. Thank you

Good atmosphere. Friendly staff. And the food was really good. Was happily surprised with the menu, lots of tasty French dishes. I chose the escargots and the duck cassoulet and it was as good as in France. Only criticism the dessert menu let them down.

Lovely pub with a cosy warm feel even though it is a reasonably large space. Indoor and outdoor seating; internal fireplaces look like they would be nice in winter. Outdoor seating have heaters and blankets to keep you cosy. Good menu variety including vegetarian, vegan and kids options. We loved the soufflé ! We visited on a Wednesday afternoon and it was quite busy - I would recommend booking ahead.

The staff were friendly, but the food took a very long time to get to us, which was unfortunate. It was a very cosy space and has a nice garden and outside space for younger children. The food was good, although some food was slightly over- or under- done, but not enough to ruin the taste.

Really good quality roast dinner! We've never had a bad experience here, staff are always friendly and will go above and beyond to help the customer! Thanks again!!
