They wouldn't even serve us!I asked beforehand if they would serve us a bit before 10pm (since this is when they close) and we were planning on going to get desserts after a film - they said this is fine and we'd still be able to order takeaway.Despite asking beforehand, when we turned up (before 10pm) after watching a film, they refused to serve us and gave a terrible excuse for why - even though they previously said that they would. I think the staff were just being lazy. They outright contradicted themselves, and have lost out on valuable customers! I would not recommend going here, ever.

Food ok for the price, YOUR MACHINES ARE TOO LOUD ! Star bucks, black coffee, pret all invest in silent blenders. Your space is large all the sound is amplified. You can't hear me giving order and I can't hear you.Don't be cheap buy proper equipment !

This place is so good. There are so many items in the menu. The portion size was apt or few are a little too much. You can check with them before ordering, especially after a heavy meal coming here for desserts, you can't eat much. (This is what I did and I had to waste yummy ice cream) There is ample space. They have displayed all the items that are there in the menu for you to see before you order.

Deserts was nice and so was a latte straight after. Nice quiet place to sit and relax. Very relaxing

The quantity of the hot fudge Sunday was disragceful. This cost ÂŁ10 each and only received half a cup each and empty from the sides with hardly any ice cream. When received the Sunday it looked like someone had already eaten half of it before delivering it. I respect it is hard time for some people but this is taking the mick.

TERRIBLE! Do not waste your money here. The service is absolutely appalling. Very confusing system - we were taken to a table and given a menu but nobody explained we’d still need to go and queue to order, there is no table service. I had to leave my young children unattended at the table while I queued, which seems ridiculous. The queue was extremely slow (only one till) and there seemed to be lots of members of staff standing around doing nothing while we all waited. The music is unbearably loud, you can’t have a conversation. When our order arrived it was just plonked on the table with no explanation of which ice cream was which. My child ordered The Screwball specifically because he wanted the bubblegum but eventually worked out it wasn’t even in there. When we asked a staff member they explained that they had no bubblegum left so they’d put a smartie in instead. Hardly a suitable replacement! Staff didn’t let us know this when we ordered or when they brought the order to the table, presumably they were just hoping we wouldn’t notice. They obviously underestimate an 8-year-old’s excitement at the idea of having bubblegum. All in all a very disappointing experience. It’s very expensive for what you get, particularly given the poor service. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Good tasting deserts, good variety; cones, sundayes, waffles, hot bakes and suchlike. It was busy on a Sat, as expected. this means you will have to wait in a long queue, you still queue for table orders too.

Obviously the staff don't give two tosses about their work here. I ordered a crepe and look at the disgusting way they put it together. No care in the world. The crepe and cookie dough we ordered was stale and cold and felt like it was just reheated. I get that you get pains minimum wage but don't take it out on the customer. We're being charged an arm and a leg for this nonsense, take it up with your employer. Either train your staff properly or get out of business.Bottom line, maybe in person it's better but over delivery this place is absolutely rubbish. Don't order.

Yummy!! A wide range of waffles, crepes, bubble drinks, milkshakes, teas, coffees! Lovely staff. Quick service once you order! Really nice for families even with buggies. Definitely recommend.
