Great local Turkish restaurant ideal for dine in and takeaway. Can order ahead via phone or arrange delivery. Affordable prices and good quality food.

·

One of the best Turkish foods I have ever eaten. We regularly order takeaway from here. Never dissapoints.

·

Really great restaurant, food was of a very high standard.

Price, Portions, People, Place.... Everything about the Kervan Saray experience was perfect. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were warm and welcoming, the environment was marvellous. I definitely will be coming back from more. ✊🏾Big Ups to every single member of the team. You're all doing a wonderful job out there.

Had a truly lovely meal with friends. Meat very tender and tasty, huge portions at a reasonable price. Will certainly return.

Service was pretty slow, we had to call the waiter multiple times on multiple occasions to place the order, get salads over, re-order replenishments. We ordered the mixed grill and the food taste was quite good. Overall an ok experience just because of the service but food was good. Please remember: Turkish tea is not free or complementary here. You have to pay for it.

Lovely food but a shame about the staff they are rude dont waste your money would not recommend at all the customer services is disgusting

Bit slow but food was good. But could of been better. (Hace had takeaways more tasty)Returned to this place on a takeaway order food was nice but portions were a bit smallChicken wings were £10.50Chicken beyti £11.00Rice in beyti was very small only one grain rice deep...Bread was nice though

The service is great here, the staff are really friendly and very attentive. The food is delicious and there plenty of gorgeous vegetarian options (the Moussaka is my favoutite). The complimentary bread a dips are excellent as well and probably one of the main reasons i love this place so much! Probably worth booking on a saturday evening, but you're all good to just turn up at any other time. The only thing holding this place back from 5*s is that the soft drinks (Coke, lemonade etc) are usually quite flat.Overall I am very happy this place is just around the corner from my house, as Harold Hill is not blessed with many good eateries and this one is 100% #1!
