KFC in Havering

Was left waiting on counter to place orderThe lady taking my order had me repeat my order over 8 times till a competent person took overCould carry on with the post but just terribly disappointed

I thought I might try the vegan burger as I drive past this particular KFC every day and see their "Do Yourself a Flavour" vegan burger on the bright advertising board. So curiosity got the better of me. I ordered a meal for 5 quid and was told a "meal" consisted of a burger and drink. How so? I asked. Because the fries are cooked with chicken nuggets. I didn't want to get into a debate about why they couldn't just fry their fries separately so I ordered beans instead. I had to wait a while for my order. This, I assume is because they had forgotten where the vegan burgers were kept. I mean, who goes to KFC and orders a vegan burger? Lol.The staff that served me was pleasant and, like all the other staff in there was extremely busy hence the reason why so many tables in the restaurant wasn't clear/cleaned in my opinion.Tbh, I don't know what I was expecting, but I felt a little disappointed with the burger. It looked a little slap dash when I opened it and was so dry that I needed a sip of water with every bite. As for flavour, I wasn't impressed at all.KFC! Stick you what you're good at.Chicken? Hell yeahVegan burger? Hell no.

Modern and clean, quick service and unusually for a fast food outlet, the manager, Becky, came to the tables to ask if everything was OK. food hot and service quick.

Ordered from just eat. It was quick turning up. But it was cold the bun was like dry. The can of drink was the warmest the in the on the order. Won't be using again

rude staff,old food ,hard buns....disgusting..... Do a good to humanity and close that rubish ! or change the managment and your lazy , rude employers who like to chat in a different language when serving a customer ! thats was defintley some experience i had 10 min ago ... Also when i wanted to eat the bun was hard as rock could not freaking bite it !! =)) was Dry !!! Last time when i do buy from them !!! every single time something happens !!!!

Absolute rubbish.Wednesday 29th January 2020 around 11:30.Wanted to try the WOW box.Asked if I could have breast as the piece of chicken you get as part of the deal.Was refused (by the manager?) "because it's a promotion".Ok well I reluctantly accepted that.Got to my table (which had chicken on the floor next to it) only to find I had no salt on my chips.Went back and asked "have you got any salt please?"The young asiany-type boy said "dare's no salt dough".What kind of way is that to talk to a paying customer!?The nice girl who had taken my payment earlier could obviously see that I was astounded at her colleague's conduct and quickly said "sorry we've run out of salt".The chicken thigh I had instead of breast was horrible after all that.Chips were soggy too.The toilet was a "dodge the urine on the floor" game.When I left, there was that lady outside who looked like she was the manager. I told her the boy was rude and she apologised.The WOW box certainly lived up to it's name.... WOW such a bad experience (apart from the first young lady who took my order).This is the worst KFC I have been in.

Three times , it's my own fault really, should have stayed away, today at 6.10pm I had my last experience with KFC , rude staff, wrong order everytime , accused of stealing water then exonerated when the girl serving me realized she had it still, complete joke no hot drinks? No crushems? , Badly run. Now the food there is horrendous I assume the only way they are still open is the fact the drive Thru customers are half way up A12 or half way home before they understand the true horror of the meal inside the scrunched up mess of a brown bag they serve it in, im Done and been done £12.50 I won't see again

Worst KFC I ever been and used anywhere in this country or abroad, 3 times I used this place never been good but this is last time. Everytime staff attitude is bad service ridiculously bad food is bad and if you ask them why you they put your drink in the wrong cup they jus about to punch you and especially don't for salt like swearing them for doing something and the place dirty, lots staf there but they not interested to more 9f social gathering

Order was wrong. Ordered the festive triple box but sides were wrong and they had left off the pop corn. Shop was so busy I couldn't be bothered to go back and check. Apart from that chicken was a bit oily . Not sure I will visit this store again

Food ok ,drive through is 2340mm not 2500mm
