KFC in Havering

Do yourself a favour and DON'T! Rude staff, dry chicken with long hair binded in to the coating (absolutely filth) watery gravy that taste similar to the dust created when cutting mdf. Oh yeah and asked for a bottle of Pepsi was charged for one and when I asked for a bottle not the cups she was filling the lady got confused took both cups back tried to delete the sides and add cups of Pepsi to the order. In the end I got inedible chicken and gravy and no Pepsi. I really would keep away from this place. I'm all for work opportunity's world wide for all, but atleast learn the trade your in.

Was very nice not been in a while as was horrible last time I went there the reason for 4 stars they had no beans which spoilt meal in a way as I like beans with my kfc

Very fast service. The staff were so nice especially the one that attended to us. I really wanted to get het names because she was extra nice and always smiling.She was very patient with us and even waved to us whilst we were leaving, what a nice and pleasant customer service care.She really deserves an award!

It's my opinion of late that the general standard of KFC has been slipping, burgers are put together slap dash and care is not taken when selecting chicken for meals. That said this branch is probably the best in it's area delivery via just eat is prompt and visiting directly is quick and efficient.

I had literally only just paid for my order and it was loaded on the tray my another server instantly. Food was prepared fresh, hot and quick!

A very fast services with good customer services. Sometimes, they intend to serve so quickly and forget to put everything in the package. Overall, it is ok.

Its been lovely since some new staff has come the mangers are also very good and specially the staff . I always have a good time when people try to guide and help you Richita is one such girl who makes your each visit a memorable one and is very helpful and smiling as always.. she always checks if customer is satisfied or not an takes an extra step.Thank you Rachita

I, after many moons, decided to order myself a zinger meal and was excited at the principle of eating it. I waited the 45 minute delivery time and recieved my food. I opened up the sealed bag and box to see that someone had taken a bite out of my burger. Kids are crying and my day is ruined, I hope you enjoyed my burger.

I thought I might try the vegan burger as I drive past this particular KFC every day and see their "Do Yourself a Flavour" vegan burger on the bright advertising board. So curiosity got the better of me. I ordered a meal for 5 quid and was told a "meal" consisted of a burger and drink. How so? I asked. Because the fries are cooked with chicken nuggets. I didn't want to get into a debate about why they couldn't just fry their fries separately so I ordered beans instead. I had to wait a while for my order. This, I assume is because they had forgotten where the vegan burgers were kept. I mean, who goes to KFC and orders a vegan burger? Lol.The staff that served me was pleasant and, like all the other staff in there was extremely busy hence the reason why so many tables in the restaurant wasn't clear/cleaned in my opinion.Tbh, I don't know what I was expecting, but I felt a little disappointed with the burger. It looked a little slap dash when I opened it and was so dry that I needed a sip of water with every bite. As for flavour, I wasn't impressed at all.KFC! Stick you what you're good at.Chicken? Hell yeahVegan burger? Hell no.

Ordered from just eat. It was quick turning up. But it was cold the bun was like dry. The can of drink was the warmest the in the on the order. Won't be using again
