Frozen mushrooms for starters. Chicken not cooked properly. Staff never even said sorry. When we said we wasn't paying for the mushrooms all they said was ill have to speak to my manager. Who never came out either. Would never go there again

Very disappointing. Made to feel very unwelcome from the moment we arrived. A rude manager. Short on vegetarian food. Avoid if you have a large party and instead give your custom to any other local place where you will be welcomed.

Visited for Sunday lunch. Was impressed that we were asked how would we like our meat cooked. The roast was 100%. The waitress was polite and dealt with our requests in a professional manner.We enjoyed our Sunday Roast so much we are going back.

It was ok.Service was ok.Wasnt rushed.Had the half chickenAnd the chicken with bacon and cheese.

Polite and helpful staff. Nice decor and pleasant surroundings. Food was of a reasonable standard (Breakfast) and price was reasonable. Good if you want a quick bite and good for a family outing.

Food is very averagely good for the chain that it is but the staff are pleasant and cheerful. The overall feel is a little gloomy by decor only heightened by the good service. The staff really do hold the place up to a good standard.

Asked for black coffee and double brandy . Coffee was very bad and week almost like water. Brandy glass was dirty. Supposed be double but it was less. Service was bad as well

Very good service, food was great. Excellent customer service. A very enjoyable experience.

Had a reunion dinner here with the ladies. Staff are friendly. The food was amazing and great portions too. You get 3 hours free parking which is great but make sure that you enter the registration number onto the screen when you enter and it can be topped up by entering every 3 hours.
