McDonald's in Havering

I’ve ordered something and I got half of the delivery only. I’ve been charged for service charge as well and I really don’t know why since the service is doomed. I’ve been there few times to order directly and I Could see why there were always items missing. The staff is full of young people which are Extremly unorganised, always chatting to each other and flirting and to be honest some of them looked high to me. Stop smoking and start working sober please! Thanks! Ps: 0/5 not 1/5

They are often really busy, particularly in the drive thru, but manage to work their way through the queue quite quickly. Always friendly and polite too.

I’m very upset with this place and stuff,very rude and disrespectful,my 13 years girl was banned from this " five star restaurant " 😂😂😂 because she was being blamed from someone’s mess when it wasn’t her. She had nothing to do with this situation. They haven’t even checked the cameras and telling me that my daughter is a liar . How I just understand biggest discrimination or racist to my daughters friends when they weren’t even there I can’t even say nothing more than this situation

One bad egg let’s the whole place now. Asked for large fries to be topped up as were not filled correctly. Only to be given major attitude by member of staff accusing me of holding the box so they look less. Unbelievable

My child’s order was messed up and an employee by the name of Gabi was super helpful throughout the process! Managed to help calm my child down and get what was missing. One of the best workers you have ❤️

I’ve used this McDonalds tons of times since moving to Harold Hill. They consistently get our order wrong - missing items eg fries with meal or dips, it’s extremely annoying. They also rarely ever have milkshakes which is another annoyance. Then there is the slow speed of the said ‘drive through’, not to mention the food is always luke warm. I need to start using the A127 McDonald’s they are much better!

Well I never. Who wants cool chips and cheeky chilly chicken? Not me I say. Ordered on the snazzy techno machines but guess what no papier!!!! Had to remember my own order number 👎 luckily my brain is in tip top condish. After my chilly selects, I ordered a scrummy mcflurry.15 minutes later.A jolly chap storms in because his food hadn’t been delivered to his car, only a radical happy meal and some chippies!! Rubbish service.Staff chatting around doing nothing.I peer in the window and spot my mcflurry!! Sat there melting away! Like a snowman on a sunny day ☀️After plucking up the courage to ask the lady for my ice cream I finally am reunited with my order 👍👍.I should have asked for a straw tho since IT WAS A PILE OF LIQUID 😠

Delivery from here is awful, constantly leaving items off of your order, I have had to return to the restaurant on several occasions to collect missing items, the little one's mc flurry, a happy meal, a Big Mac, apple pie and so on. This has happens when I've collect my orders too, I usually check, but sometimes it is difficult when you are sitting in a car with 2 or 3 bags. To be honest, I would expect them to check my order as they pack it. After all, I'm paying for the meal, not being paid for it.Also, the drive through is an absolute nightmare, sometimes the queue causes congestions around surrounding roads, because there is not enough room, this also means that you can't always just drive round into the car park, if you are eating in. Then you get to the window to collect and 95% of the time they ask you to drive round and wait. I have to drive round the building twice to get my drive thru order, it is so frustrating. If my nieces and nephews weren't so fond of McDs, i wouldn't use the restaurant. I have paid for so many items that I haven't received.

This restaurant is by far the worst for deliveries. They continuously leave/miss items out of the orders (I mean how hard can it be to look at an order and place each and every item ordered and paid for into the bag?) They are also absolutely clueless on packing/bagging up an order mainly concerning on how they pack the drinks in the bag (see my photos) they put bottled drinks in with the cup drinks which results in the cup drink being spilt inside the bag and subsequently the bag then ripping. No matter how many times I report/advise on this it is repeatedly ignored. All they have to do is to keep the bottles separate from the cup drinks!!! I have also received a complete incorrect order and someone else had received my order (which happened to be over double the other customers order)!! Whenever I try to resolve I am instantly dismissed by the manager/staff and told to contact Just-Eat! So as I said WORST DELIVERY RESTAURANT IN LONDON/ESSEX. The photos don't lie! You have been warned people!!

Went drive thought, told food would be a few mins and need to go waiting area said no one behind will wait at window for food,They said I could not wait there asked for a refund and they would not put the money back on my card,After asking repeatedly to have my refund back on my card they then charged me a second time for the food and gave me a receipt saying it had been refund but Apple Pay and bank showed they had charged me a second time.Told I would need to write in and complain to store manager to get my money back.
