Mcdonalds in Havering

Delivery from here is awful, constantly leaving items off of your order, I have had to return to the restaurant on several occasions to collect missing items, the little one's mc flurry, a happy meal, a Big Mac, apple pie and so on. This has happens when I've collect my orders too, I usually check, but sometimes it is difficult when you are sitting in a car with 2 or 3 bags. To be honest, I would expect them to check my order as they pack it. After all, I'm paying for the meal, not being paid for it.Also, the drive through is an absolute nightmare, sometimes the queue causes congestions around surrounding roads, because there is not enough room, this also means that you can't always just drive round into the car park, if you are eating in. Then you get to the window to collect and 95% of the time they ask you to drive round and wait. I have to drive round the building twice to get my drive thru order, it is so frustrating. If my nieces and nephews weren't so fond of McDs, i wouldn't use the restaurant. I have paid for so many items that I haven't received.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.By far the worst for deliveries who “forget” to add sauces every single time, even if they were paid for and clearly noted to not forget them.Unprofessional and unfit staff.AVOID

Took my family our for my sons 4th birthday we are a large family of 7 and with 5 relatively fussy kids so went to the till to order. Read from my order the individual ordered everyone had placed. 1 child having a dairy allergy so had ordered his burger plain with lettuce and bacon.When the order was ready to come to the table first thing I checked was my allergy child's food...which had been made with several slices of cheese.. this immediately went back.To further realise we were missing 1 of the children's drink so yet another trip to the till..Then realised missing 2 lots of chips.. yet another trip to the till.. finally soat down to find 4 straws were given the other 3 again missing... let's go back to the tillBy the time I had finished sorting out all the mess ups I sat down to cold food.I understand large orders especially ones with several requests are annoying I also worked in catering however.. back and forth the till for errors that were made by staff members and by the 4th time I approached the till eyes were rolled at me by a staff member.. as if all of this was my doing ?£46 spent in the end and I really wish I went somewhere else. Clearly stating allergy to staff member and was served with the allergen in the food was just ridiculous.If I had kept my receipt I'd of uploaded the order number but feel free to check through your orders from 04/04 between 4 30 and 5Won't be in a hurry to return thats for sure.

Couldn't understand and always kept getting our food wrong. How do you eat baked beans without a spoon. Napkins, salt and sauces. We are In England and we need people who we can understand.

Not too bad at this mc Donald's only a couple of small gripes it's well over busy and the food took 18 minutes to be put over the counter to me and it was still luke warm I spoke to the manager and he bought me out a complete fresh lot of food that was still not hot but better than the first time round so aside from that not too bad

This restaurant is by far the worst for deliveries. They continuously leave/miss items out of the orders (I mean how hard can it be to look at an order and place each and every item ordered and paid for into the bag?) They are also absolutely clueless on packing/bagging up an order mainly concerning on how they pack the drinks in the bag (see my photos) they put bottled drinks in with the cup drinks which results in the cup drink being spilt inside the bag and subsequently the bag then ripping. No matter how many times I report/advise on this it is repeatedly ignored. All they have to do is to keep the bottles separate from the cup drinks!!! I have also received a complete incorrect order and someone else had received my order (which happened to be over double the other customers order)!! Whenever I try to resolve I am instantly dismissed by the manager/staff and told to contact Just-Eat! So as I said WORST DELIVERY RESTAURANT IN LONDON/ESSEX. The photos don't lie! You have been warned people!!

Went drive thought, told food would be a few mins and need to go waiting area said no one behind will wait at window for food,They said I could not wait there asked for a refund and they would not put the money back on my card,After asking repeatedly to have my refund back on my card they then charged me a second time for the food and gave me a receipt saying it had been refund but Apple Pay and bank showed they had charged me a second time.Told I would need to write in and complain to store manager to get my money back.

Used the drive thru for a change,and was surprised to go and order and pay with no wait. But had to wait at the side for a few minutes,but think that was due to size of the order to be honest.

Harold Hill McDonald’s charge extra money for dips. We ordered 9 chicken nuggets, the girl taking order said that 2 dips are free for £3.99 but when we came to pay, they charged us £4.19 today. Make sure to check the price first before paying. They charge more money.

Surprisingly quiet for 6pm on Thursday evening. More delivery drivers picking up orders than actual walk-in customers. Served very quickly at the tills. The self-service ordering machines didn't appear to be working.
