I ordered 2 pie and mash for takeaway. The filling of the pies are good but they don’t know how to cook the pies which I assumed was a fairly bread and butter requirement for a pie and mash shop. See attached photograph of said pie, both of the pies I got were like that. It was very unevenly cooked with some bits crispy and the other bits of the pie not cooked at all making it very doughy and making it inedible. Maybe they have an issue with their oven or just couldn’t be bothered with my order but paying £7 for uncooked pies I wouldn’t go back there. The green liquor was also bland and the temperature of the mash was not hot enough especially as it was takeaway.

Lovely and helpful staff. Good place to have a quick bite. Located on the ground floor of Romford Market Hall

The good old East End classic found up at the back of Romford Shopping Hall on the ground floor. Very enjoyable. Fast service and perfect for that quick meal. Nice people, tasty pies, mash without lumps, nice liquor. Happy days!

Amazing!Did our wedding on Saturday and it couldn't of been done better! People were shocked at how much it tasted like it had just come out the shop. Having this again at the next family party!
