We ordered directly from the restaurant in the afternoon and were pleasantly surprised by Mr Ahmed's generosity and friendliness. He helped us pick out what to eat and even offered 10% off for NHS frontliners. The food was delivered within 30 minutes and tasted absolutely amazing - chef's kiss. The pizza toppings were delicious and oh so many, we've never had a pizza with so many toppings in one bite! Amazing service and quality!!! Can't wait to order again :)

Ordered tuna pizza but was sent veggie pizza. Called to resolve the issue but they insisted they didn't do a mistake and nothing could be done. The paid extra toppings were missing. Rude customer service advised us to just bin the pizza. Unbelievably bad service

The staff are so friendly and were happy to answer all my questions about a pre order I was making. Good price too and pizza is fresh and delicious.

Food was terrible, can tell its the most basics cheap products they can get. Couldn't even tell you what sort of dough they use as I've never felt or tasted anything like it in my life. Delivery took 1 hour 25 min, after it stated 20 mins on the app, they don't answer the phone for an update. Avoid.

The food is great, but the service is atrocious. The food took well over an hour to arrive (rather than the 10-30 minute as stated on the app). When we called, we were told that the food left 3 minutes ago. However, it clearly hadn't. We called back 15 minutes later to be told once again, that the food had left 3 minutes ago. When the driver did arrive, he didn't read the instructions on the order and spent a few minutes knocking on the wrong door.
